I believe that its so busy,and when new staff are trained, will be great again, remember a smile goes with great customer service, your smiling face let's your customers feel comfortable ?
Waited 20+minutes parked and then food was cold/ barely warm. The fries were absolutely disgusting and rock hard pieces
My kid likes Double Cheeseburgers plain. No condiments. Orders have been correct. Employees are nice. This location is always very busy.
Great service, always hot and fresh when we go. Had an awesome guy waiting on us that morning. Very friendly and outgoing. Management runs it very well.
this restrunt is awsome but we have had many problems before like they once took 30 minutes the food is sometimes cold and, but the food is good mostly good costomer servas
Staff is generally friendly, fast, and timely. If there’s an issue they are normally quick to fix it, including over fixing it by adding in some free food for the trouble. I really like this store, although I’ve had a couple problems in the past
If I regularly frequented McDonald's I would not any longer after realizing in my recent visit that they have now replaced drive thru attendants with robots. I also waited in line for over 15 min behind about 5 cars....long enough to write and edit this review 3 times.
The computer talks for the cashier and the cashier is unaware of what's going on. Ther only thing that is not full of grease and tastes somewhat like it's supposed to is the sausage biscuit and vanilla ice coffee. Mc Donald's has lost their touch when it comes to cutting back due to the pandemic
Woulda been 5 stars but I had to want 15 minutes for 6 chicken Nuggets BUT was give. A free med fru si all in all it was a win win
My 4 year old daughter wanted to go inside McDonalds to eat. Our food here was good and the store was clean. This location is typically very busy, but the service is quick. I do recommend this location.
