Just not good food anymore, hasn’t been for a long time. It’s slop, crazily overpriced. No idea how people still eat here. The customer service is horrible as well.
I should not have stopped here. The food was mediocre, they didn't have apple pies, and I had to go back in the store because they forgot to give me 2 hash browns and apples after forgetting my drinks.
There was a bit of a wait in the Drive-Thru line. That's to be expected because somebody ahead of me had a big order and there's only so many employees inside making the food. The food was good. The cashier and window delivery person were genuine and polite.
Always warm food at the Madison ave location. Don't like the new order system. Screen sometimes doesn't work. It picks up all voices in my car so grandkids send orders thru without being able to change it until I go to window to pay. Frustrating system. Make it human and take our order please .
Went thrue Drive Thrue in CB. Window cashier asked if I can go to #3. Since I was not in a hurry to be were I have to go right now, I thought I'll test them to see if I'll get my food at a decent time today.Paid at window at 12:27 pm, got my food at 12:34 pm. It didn't take as long as it did back in the past in Omaha although it was another 7 minute wait after I paid + 10 minutes on the drive thrue line = 17 minutes to get the food I wanted to eat at a Fast Food Restaurant that I was close too* The 2 Extra Points we're because the food I ordered was soooo good (Spicy Deluxe Crispy Sandwich Meal with an Ice Tea).
Order accuracy sucks. This is why youll only be worth 7$ a hour. Hopefully this 15$ wages put you out of business
Just never seem to get the order correct. Not once, but several times we have had missed items. Once or twice would be acceptable but 30 times is just insanity.
Went there for breakfast with my dad and we were in the drive thru it wasn’t very busy and the line didn’t move for 15 minutes we finally got up there and it was this automated voice thing trying to take our order but getting everything wrong we finally got to talk to a real person and she had absolutely no personality and would barely even say a word no apology nothing. Will not be going back.
Used to love this place. Now I always have to wait for my food and it takes forever.Edit: Food was hot and fresh.
I hate writing a bad review, but this McDonald's really needs to work on order accuracy. Every time I visit this McDonald's I am shorted something. The staff is always friendly and the service is as fast as it can be even though they are short staffed like everywhere else. But I'm tired of not getting all of my order. I have called and complained and received coupons but I won't be going to this McDonald's anymore. ?
