Robot drive through works very poorly. Does not understand common orders spoken loudly and slowly. If you absolutely need McDonald’s, I recommend going inside to avoid a super frustrating experience. Better yet, chose one of the many other fast food places nearby!

The lady at the drive-in that took her order was great very helpful and did a great job taking our order and getting all of our food right.

There was almost no wait time, and our food was hot and fresh.

What can I say? It's McDonald's, fast food that's okay, but not great. Good if you are in a hurry.

Worst place don't ever go here to buy food I try and come use my door dash cards to get free sandwiches then the manger wants agure wen I come in all time use 2 cards at time I don't use a lot all time its pretty sad they can't let ppl use the cards that they give for food they shouldn't do anything with door dash then ??????????????????? won't be coming back here anymore

The new order through a computer never works. Then when this one girl has to take over she seemed so bothered. She was very rude. This is also not the first time we have been here. We are frequent flyers here since we live close. She has treated us this way every time we have had to deal with her. It was busy but we were being patient and nice so she should be as well. Makes us not want to come to our neighborhood McDonald's at all. This is the only person we have had issues with. Every other time we have been here everyone else has been so nice but its just this one person. Not sure on her name cause the reciept doesn't say.

Something happened to this place like a year or two ago. Having folks pull around and wait means the order I actually get is often wrong. And now that they've hired Alexa to work the drive thru? Even ordering is a pain as the digital employee turns a number 7 into seven meals, can't tell I didn't want a chocolate shake, or some other screw up. Taking even longer as a breathing employee has to go through item by item to fix things.Dang, the place isn't much cheaper than an actual restaurant anymore anyway. Hire more humans. If that means you need to pay them more? Then pay them more.Used to go here like once or more a week. Now it's once every couple weeks or so and that's just because the kids are in a McDonald's mood.

Poor service. One guy complained about needing a nap people waiting along time for there orders. Being a former McDonald's manager in Texas this is the worst service I've had at this location. Only reason I gave 2 start was because I got hit fries. Otherwise it would have been one star

It’s been 20 minutes so far, still in the drive through. I may update if I even bother to stick around for the food.UPDATE: It took a total of 33 minutes of waiting. They got the order wrong the first time. The second time they got the size wrong. Not docking them for not having the mango freeze, but was slightly disappointed. Just going to avoid this location from now on.Also, the automated drive through is and absolute atrocity.

The best McDonald's I've been to in awhile. We all know how they get. Staff was very nice.
