Great food! Decent price. Staff seems tired but they are always busy and I think short staffed like everyplace else.
I love their food here, it’s light and fresh and of course my favorite thing is the strawberry lemonade!
Nowhere on the menu does it say the Memphian is served hot\warm. I never would have ordered it if I had known. Warm wilted lettuce, mayo and mustard are not something I prefer. I got my order to go, so did not catch it until I got home and took the sandwich out of the bag. My friend that got a salad said hers was tasty.
I come to this location probably 4 times a week and Sunday night I came in here to eat almost every table was dirty. I ordered the half veggie and savannah chopped salad my veggie had olives on it and no peppers. Then I ordered food to go for my daughter and we live almost an hour away in council bluffs when I got home and gave her her sandwich which was the garden fresh turkey which is supposed to have balsamic vinegarette on it and got home and it had mayonnaise on it. My daughter has a dairy allergy. I came in Tuesday and told them and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. I am extremely upset because this used to be one of my favorite place but it really has went downhill. I have been in the restaurant business for 20 plus years and been a manager a couple places and the way the business was ran is totally unacceptable and they may be loosing s very loyal customer. This isn’t the first time my order has been wrong but I never said anything before because I could usually just pick of the olives if they put them on the veggie sandwich.
as a retired Chef I give it 5 out of 5 stars. great food and sweet tea. I love a good sandwitch and this place beats subways outright. I had the Black Angus club really yummy. If you want great food thats light and fast and fresh eat here. Chef Terry L White.
Went in on a Saturday night. Place was moderately busy. Ordered a BLT. Sat down and waited for 30 minutes. Watched the 3 high schoolers working struggle to bring the right food to the right table. I finally got frustrated and impatient enough I got up and walked out. Didn’t bother to ask for my $15 back. (I even tipped them 15% at checkout)Place was way understaffed and the dirty tables are a dead give away. Obviously this is a common theme among restaurants right now. I felt bad for the staff that was there which is why I didn’t bother to complain.Complete waste of time and money.Went to Hy-Vee and grabbed stuff to make dinner. Is what it is
Great atmosphere. The sandwiches used to have more meat on them. Other than that the staff was exceptionally friendly, the dining room was very clean, the soup was amazing. Loved it will go back over and over again.
I was introduced to McAlister's Deli by a friend. I enjoy that they have options such as gluten free bread, vegetarian and allergy-sensitive options. It is a nice place to visit with delicious soups, sandwiches, salads, baked potatoes, desserts and much more.
The food was great. They were out of several things. Only a couple people working. Which let's a person think they don't pay a decent wage.
I have so much free meals under my sisters name because every time she does an order for dinner they mess up mine. Not sure how hard no mustard and no tomatoes is. Its an allergy its an is fix but nope they don't care they do not follow what is ordered they just make it what ever way they want too. I for one will not eat here ever again after the 6th time they have screwed up.
