Very clean, friendly and exceptionally fast. Great food!
Bought a bucket of 8 pieces. Worst chicken. Over cooked in old oil. Even left a "sticky film" in my mouth. Won't buy ever again.
Never had a problem with this location with the drive thru. I have been going there for years

The food's good. However. My family and I went through the drive-thru after grocery shopping, and my mother ordered 1 mac and cheese, and 2 mashed potatoes and gravy.What did we get? 2 mac and cheeses, and 1 mashed potatoes and 2 gravy's, which makes zero sense at all. My mother was very clear when ordering. The cashier repeated the order, the same way my mother had ordered it, and yet it was still wrong!The employees need to get their act together, because stuff like this is why they lose business.
Ordered online, guess they were out of stock and closing the whole store 2 hours early, DoorDash had to find that out when they went to pick it up and contact me.
They were real friendly, my food was hot and they got my order correct
The Madison Ave location was out of chicken at 6:15 on a Sunday night. Ummm…isn’t that dinnertime? It was a 17 minute wait for ANY white meat chicken. They said they had dark meat. Ok so I had to negotiate for chicken I asked if I could have chicken tenders in place of breasts. At first they said no, then said ok and do I want the rest in drumsticks, I said sure because my family would love that. So I get home with dinner and there are 4 chicken tenders and 4 drumsticks, supposedly the equivalent to an 8 piece bucket. I don’t think so. That wasn’t even enough food to feed my family of 4, 2 adults and 2 boys. Ridiculous! The manager was let’s say less than helpful when we called about it later. Needless to say, I’m sitting here hungry because I let my kids have most of the chicken.
We went to kfc on 2/17/22 and chicken over cooked fries you couldn’t bite into biscuits were dark brown everything was not fresh very disappointed we will be going to one on Broadway from now on thanks for nothing
Place is a mess, lobby is closed for dining. Yet no chairs are up, floor is a mess (with food on it). Lobby doesn’t say closed for dining. Workers are rude. And they tried shorting us change back. If their lobby is closed due to covid then why aren’t all the workers wearing masks? WHAT A JOKE.
