Canceled my order twice at 830 cause they close at 9 then don't get my money back on my card for days I will not go there anymore if you can't provide service that day your money shouldn't take days to be returned smh
I Love Jimmy John’s, but am disappointed this time. Got a delivery order and it was missing the drink, okay, it happens, but then start digging into the sandwich and they also forgot the pickles…
Used to order from them until they were supposed to credit my account for a free sandwich and didn't!!
the staff at this location is very friendly .they never mess up the orders and its always (FREAKY FAST)
Great fresh sandwich everytime!! Very kind with long or complicated orders.
Don't have delivery drivers around certain times of the day and it's pretty messed up...
They charge too much they went up the $14 for a sandwich I won't be going back it's too much
Jimmy Johns on 16th and Broadway may have the worst service ever!! I ordered for delivery and my order was delivered 45 mins later to another business. Gratefully the other business called me and I went and picked it up. I called to speak with a manager and she essentially told me have a great day! Did not offer any compensation at all and was very rude!!
Friendly staff, made sandwiches fast. Perfection to the last bite!
Call for delivery an hour ago... Called the store and they said there manager left them with 1 person in store and 1 driver. Sounds like they need a better manager.
