SUPER nice and helpful staff. They went to check ingredients for me and everything. Everyone is very nice, good attitudes, and it’s really clean. I saw them wipe down and clean everything during down time. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. Also, heard some pretty fabulous singing coming from the kitchen. They definitely enjoy their jobs here.
Sunday mornings with the chicken fried breakfast biscuit has become my favorite thing. And the little girl that works the window is most pleasant.
The food is very good. But in the store or drive through in council Bluffs needs a big improvement. I think they are to slow. But it may not be their fault. Every since this damn COVID hit it is hard to hire people now.
After 8 minutes of watching the guys take out the trash and the lady doing something on computer (guy was taking orders) I just left. No reason to have a kitchen so disgusting that you need to take out the trash instead of helping customers.... for the lunch rush of ZERO. BUT, the blessings are at Freddy's. You will not be disappointed. Don't punish yourself. Do not eat here. Do NOT torture yourself or your children.
The food was good. The build was pretty dirty. The inside was the cleanest.
Great food and fairly friendly service, though not super quick. The chicken tenders were excellent, and the fries were crisp, hot, and salty.

Today was the worst experience I have ever had at this Hardee's. I have always been a big fan of their biscuit and gravy. I didn't even mind the hike in price but when the gravy was so watered down that it tasted like a biscuit with warm milk, that's where I draw the line.
The food was acceptable. I got the hot ham n cheese. Service was ok. Staff was very friendly
Good food. Fries should have been hotter but sandwiches were hot. Person taking the order almost lost our business. Forgot order while taking it. Had to correct her many times.
