Online ordering chose this location as default and gave me no choice that I saw for time of delivery. There was no way to cancel order even though i was ordering at 11:30am and the delivery time it chose was 4:00pm. It makes zero sense, the confirmation order email had no cancel link and there was no way to cancel on the site. I called another godfathers to ask how to cancel and got no help at all. Worst customer service ever, Godfathers you can do better.
DO NOT GO HERE! THE ONE TIME I ORDERED FROM HERE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES COPIED MY CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED OVER $100 AT SAMS!! OBVIOUSLY NOT VERY REPUTABLE PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!
I ordered something $45 Worth of food. I never received it. They then told me they would refund it. I was fine with that. After 10 days I never received a refund, call the store and they never refunded it an credited the account. I then just call back to recieve that credit and the guy that works there is absolutely terrible last time he was no help and today he hung up on me!!! This guy who works there is absolutely TERRIBLE and should probably be retrained with customer service! The girl manager has been great but this guy needs retrained with respect.
Well when I called for a delivery, the guy couldn't get his computer working, he didn't understand the numbers I was telling him was my phone number, I had to tell him several times what my number was. I told him that I wanted what I got the last time which is a medium meat specialty and a medium cheese on golden crust with cheese sticks, he said ok it will be a hour fifteen minutes, we waited (family supper), when pizza came there was no cheese pizza!! And the food was cold and not good.
Not only was my pizza delivered before the storages time, it was still hot!
They can't even make the pizza you got for free right
I try to love this place, but every time I order something is always wrong. I try to stay kind and understanding, but now I just know to try a different location like aksarben. I really hope if I do try again that I can count on my order being right. Last time we ordered taco they didn’t put any toppings on- it was just a hamburger pizza basically lol. Multiple times there is at least one topping missing. Hope it turns around.
First time here and I loved the quality of the food. The pizza was amazing, hot and fresh just the way I wanted. The staff is very nice and friendly. 5 stars. I will visit again.
Every time I have ordered from here, we've had problems. They use Doordash for delivery and the drivers continue to steal our orders! The first time, my 2-liter was stolen and the pizza was horrible to the point I had to drive there to get it replaced. Tonight, my entire $50+ order was never delivered. I was told by the manager they have had many problems with the deliveries SO WHY DO THEY CONTINUE TO USE DOORDASH? Getting our money returned has been an issue and the staff at this location are highly disrespectful and rude when problems arise. Do not recommend.
