They have budget friendly options for combos to feed the whole family. Always has been a clean restaurant to dine in at, with booths that are comfortable to sit at. Customer service is also really on point here.
Better than Papa John's, but that's not saying much. On par with Pizza Hut maybe. Definitely overpriced for what it is. They want $30 for pizza that should be $15 max. The dough has no flavor. And they put cheese on top of their toppings. They should call them underings, if they're going to put them under the cheese. I've had gas station pizza that was better.
I love Godfathers 99% of the time. This last time something was off. It tasted like a Jacks pizza with to much cheese. I may hold to high of a standard as i was spoiled by Mike O'Hara on Pearl Street. I will give it one more try.
Ordered on line to have ready at 5.30 had to wait until almost 6.00 to get my order. Other than that the pizza was great.
Great pizza, I'll start off saying that. It is my favorite and I've been eating it for nearly 50 years! Never gets old.... One caveat. Check your order before you leave if you are doing carry out. It is frequently wrong. Dine in is finally open at the one we go to mostly in Council Bluffs, IA. Food is hot and delicious every time! I do miss the salad bar and lunch buffet that was common pre-covid. Perhaps one day that will return!
Located at 30th and Broadway in Council Bluffs. Many pizza varietys including: All Meat, Hawaiian, and Taco Pizza. Although, they no longer offer buffet style eating, it's the best pizza place. Try the desert options, including monkey bread.
They have no liquor license but advertise beer it took over an hour because they lost our order but staff was nice they gave us a free cookie they should have compt the whole bill in my opinion

My experience with this godfather's is great service however the prices are nuts. I can get godfathers cheaper in Omaha. And one other thing they do is I've noticed a couple of times they'll go with door dash or other provider not tell you and your bill will be at least another 10 dollars or more. It's kinda sad how pizza prices have fallen many places, but not godfather's. It's simply not as affordable as it use to be. I understand they use quality goods, but yeah prices are foolish and it will drive them out of business.
I had been driving in winter weather conditions all day and by evening I was not in the mood to even think about cooking. Godfathers was my answer. Even though road conditions were going from bad to worse Godfathers was still open. The employees were courteous and efficient. I found out later that they were told to close down early just a few minutes after I gave my order. My order, wings and a specialty pizza were perfect as usual. Even on a night like that when all everyone wanted to do was go home they took the time to do it right.
