I usually have a great experience at Freddie's, but that was not the case this time. When we pulled up to the window to get our order we watched the car infront of us get handed our order, which was handed back to the driver through attendant. (We know it was ours because they wrote our order Number on the bag) Once up to the window they handed us our drinks which were incorrect, which we nicely handed back to have fixed. The drive through people then sat at the window talking for 8+ minutes without handing us our food or drinks. After we finally got our food which was also incorrect and fries were cold, they handed our drinks back over flowing spilling them into the car window. We just cut our losses and left with incorrect food.
For me, a hamburger place is all about the burger... the patty is real thin, crumbles apart, no juice and no flavor! Think real old dry jerky crumbled and mashed back together! But, we are all different and my grown daughter loves it.
Saturday afternoon lunch hour, the inside is closed, yet there are tons of employees just standing around in there doing nothing. Do whatever you need to do outside of working hours to keep the lobby open. We went to panda instead. Panda was good.

Always have a great experience at Freddy's. Our family eats here a few times a month. Love the food, fresh and made to order. Staff is friendly and helpful. We all love it even the dog! He is ready and wagging for a pup cup.
Excellent service. I took my kids there for lunch. Ron was very polite and friendly. He offered my kids a free custard cookie. The food was great. This is the only place that my sons burger comes pickle only as requested. The fries were fresh and was served in a timely manner. We will definitely continue to come to this location.
Holy smokes, me and my friends came here for a quick eat in on a trip just looking for a burger and a place to sit down and omg it surpassed anything I expected. The moment I walked in I loved the atmosphere and the food was even better. I wish I had one of these in my hometown. Definitely recommend 6/5 stars
Got the double steak burger and fries last time and it was yummy. They also have really good veggie burgers. Would recommend.
We came in today for hot food and fries. It was cold. The fries absolutely sucked. The chocolate malts that we ordered we also awful. For the large amount of money we spent we will be going elsewhere from now on. Use to be one of our favorite spots not so much. This was the worst meal ever!!!!!
