Service SUCKS! Filthy uniforms that haven't been washed in days. Manager was rude when asked for bread sticks, so disrespectful that she literally tore the bread sticks getting them on a plate! One of the servers brought out our order with our actual food touching her nasty shirt on her breasts and laughed when she dropped our bread stick.. Never had such a disappointing visit before with Fazollis!

I had the greatest experience ever. The service and waitress was the best. Tina is such an amazing person. Very happy with a smile that can brighten up any room. I will be back again. Service like I had other restaurants should take notes from her. Thanks so much Tina for a great experience.
I had great service here!!!! Jeremy and Troy were very attentive and polite. The food was hot and very good. I was surprised how fast it came to my table. Don’t even get me started how how amazing the breadsticks taste!
The restaurant was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice! Our food was delicious and quick too. We have never had a bad experience at Fazzolis!
Tina at the counter, was amazing, she helped us figure out what we wanted. We were in about 1:00ish and the staff was working as a team to make out front look amazing again. Definitely coming back.
I had the most wonderful experience. Tina came by and checked on me why I ate my dinner was so friendly and cheerful. Couldn't of asked for someone to be any kinder. Kevin provided excellent service while I was at the counter. Then Tina again greeted me when I left and thanked me and welcomed me back.
Great fast food Italian style. Always delicious at a decent price, even in these pandemic times. Dine-in is available.
I've been 2 Fazoli's a few times & every time was the best. My dad got me to try Fazoli's a few months ago & I've become fan of Fazoli's every since. The bread sticks are amazing, the pizza is delicious, & the baked spaghetti is excellent. They've definitely got my support when it comes to lunch & dinner any day. I highly recommend this place to the public. The customer service is great also.
Worst customer service EVER! Went to lunch at Fazoli's with my husband. Was asked to keep swiping my card cause they said the charge did not go through. The charged went through my bank all 3 times. Shiwed the lady where the charges went through all 3 times and her response was just cause the charges show on your bank doesnt mean they will go through. So I called my bank spoked to the CS rep who said all the charges were approved. Yet still the lady insisted not all will go through! So lunch at Fazoli's ended up costing us $45.47 for what was suppose to be buy one Chicken Alfredo fet one free.
