I’d like to leave zero stars.If you like your pizza burnt, this is the place for you. I will never go there again, and I will tell everybody that I know how horrible of an experience my family had with this place, oh, and the owner will not credit both burnt pizzas, only one of them, ok ?
Ordered delivery, waited over an hour for it. Ordered was never received, they said they handed the food to someone at the door, it obviously was not the right address. Ordered delivery thru DoorDash, delivery driver was obviously a dough boyz delivery person because when I called the store the manager stated the delivery driver confirmed the food was delivered and handed to someone. Not the right house obviously. The manager told me to contact DoorDash. DoorDash confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. Never received a full refund and the manager told me they would not be remaking my food.
It was our first time ordering I was wondering if they crust was homemade I order Chicken Alfredo it was ok but no taste of sauce only taste cheese and my boyfriend order Hawaiian pizza and pineapple was little hard. Hopefully cook through He say your inside clean and friendly I hope the future we can order different foods :) Keep it up and he give you 5 stars since your friendly and clean :)
We came to town for a college visit for my daughter on Friday, went to the zoo today all day, we were exhausted so decided to order in at our hotel. The food is amazing we ordered pizza, mozz sticks, fried pickles, chicken strips, bread sticks and garlic cheese bread. Everything was so good we stuffed our faces. Super fast delivery and the gentleman who delivered it was so kind. The food was still hot when it got here. Definitely a must when you visit council bluffs/Omaha. We will be ordering here again. Love love love!
This woman claimed to be the owner. The only reason I say "claimed" is I would really hope this place wasn't run by this person. I had placed an order and called to double check delivery time. I was told over an hour. I said I understood but was quoted much less and could wait that amount of time. Snarky attitude came out with "yeah, well, I'm busy". Again, I indicated I understood and asked my order be cancelled. Now this order was done through DD, if you use this app you know if YOU cancel the order they charge you. This "owner" told me she couldn't cancel the order. Spoke to DD and was told specifically she had to do it. Since they do their own everything through DD. It's just a platform. Called her back and informed her. She implied I was lying and said again she "couldn't do it". In her rude state, she slipped up and indicated she could in fact do what I requested. Only to backtrack and say now she couldn't. Unbelievable behavior. They have never had very good food but having employees or OWNERS like that makes it even worse. If they can't fill orders, they shouldn't have delivery available. Seriously guys, we keep them in business cuz they're bomb when ur wasted . That's it! No one cares about gross cold food or rude people when they're thrashed. Then wants to send a reply to me that I was intoxicated. I don't drink, you were rude, out of line and I had to be on the phone over 40 minutes because you LIED and said you "couldn't". Nothing was taken care of from you! I will be reporting you to BBB. Your response is beyond nauseating.
I used to really enjoy eating here but I can’t say that anymore after my last few experiences. If you want to order late night take out, you have to read your credit card info off to the employee over the phone, they won’t let you pay with a card or cash when you pick up your food. The last time I ordered delivery it took nearly two hours to get my food, so takeout is obviously the way to go. I get that people have probably ordered and not shown up, but I find it sketchy to give all of my credit card info to a random person over the phone. I wanted to support local tonight and this really left a bad taste in my mouth. I called Pizza King right after and had my order in within a minute with no problem at all.
Came in to town from Denver and we wanted some pizza. We decided to skip the usual national pizza places and support a local business.When we first walked in the door it looked like the place had been abandoned. If the phone hadn't been ringing I probably would have left. I'm glad I didnt!The young lady that came out of the back and greeted us promptly and we had our drinks almost before we were settled into our seats. We ordered a combo plate of apps with fried pickles, fried 'shrooms, and mac and cheese bites. They came out molten hot and crunchy. Best breading ever! I ordered a mini pizza with sausage an mushrooms and my wife ordered a mini bacon cheeseburger pizza. Both came out piping hot and with more toppings and cheese on a 6 inch pizza than you get on a large at Domino's. One of the best crusts I've ever tasted! The whole meal was wonderful and the service was great. We will definitely make this our first stop next time we come to town!
Wow! This place is amazing. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I went in looking for fried pickles but they didn't have any. Got a philly pizza and a sampler platter. Really good. Will be back for sure.
Pizza is good and they definitely put the extra cheese I paid for on a pepperoni and sausage pizza
Pretty good pizza owned by local owners and run by local people. I got the Hawaiian pizza and it was very good. I was happy with my first trip and will definitely be back soon.
