30 minutes on line to order a pizza - they never answered the phone. Almost every review is 1 star (3.4 overall). That is a terrible ranking. The owner of this store should respond to all these rankings. This store needs a new owner or Domino's corporate needs to shut it down.

Ordered food at 6:19 pm it’s 8pm and it’s just being delivered. Should have something telling you how long order times are going to be. Tried calling multiple times to cancel and could never get a hold of anyone. Now I have to hope the food is edible. Will never order from again.

I asked Austin E if he likes his job at Dominoes. He said "No, not really". Pretty sad people don't want to work anymore. All other employees were smiling and happy. Austin would not.

Pleasently perfect. I would have shared a photo, but we ate it gone. A.k.a. broke the mouth delicious. And I ordered online for carry out, & felt bad I couldn't leave a bigger tip. Service was prompt, & I was even offered paper plates which was so helpful ? I've never had a bad experience here or bad food. Thank you!

I am livid!! I ordered dinner at 5:30pm tonight 06/13/2022. here it is 8:30 pm! no food and store not answering. im very very upset. I have a grandson that is autistic and when he is told his dinner coming and it dont then he has behavior!! It cost me 10.00 more to order food from another pizza place which had to wait longer from they're time off delivery! would i recommend this store, no way ever!! this is uncalled for. as far as I'm concerned they owe my grandson his dinner!!! still on hold. wow!!!

Ordered pizza at 7:30, pizza tracked still said it was being prepped 2 hours layered. We figured the store had closed for whatever reason. We went to bed at 10:30 and pizza was still not delivered. You can’t get the phones to call through either. We woke up this morning to cold pizza on our apt floor. Very poor customer service. Never ordering from this place again.

Took 2 hours to get our delivery, the kids wound up going to bed late because of how long it took. When we got the pizza it was cold. Also, when I called to ask about the status of the pizza I was on hold for 17 minutes and then hung up on.They clearly have staffing issues and struggle during busy nights.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's been a disaster the last 3 times we have ordered delivery from this location. The food is made sloppy, you spend more than an hour to even get an update on the "accurate" website on when it will arrive. Plus spending more than 15 minutes just trying to get ahold of someone in the store. The way this store is run, and their employees trained is ridiculous. Do better!

Have been ordering from here for two years or so, this place has been going downhill for the last year. Its hit and miss if they get the order right, and the quality is the same. Dont even try to call the place, they straight up stare at the phone and just let it ring. The last two times I have ordered delivery I ended up picking up my order after seeing my food sit on "quality check" for an hour or more.

Honestly. The utter incompetence of the employees at this store is completely astounding. My order was supposed to be ready by 6:29 pm. I’m sitting I. The lobby. Even let them know I was there. I have them my first and last name. And somehow they still set my order aside and let it sit there for 10 minutes after me repeatedly asking about my order. Their excuse? There were two orders under the name Jackson. Which is why I gave them my first name as well which they obviously failed to listen. The fact that this simple issue confused them to the point where my order was sitting on a rack for 10 minutes honestly makes me question these employees ability to do basic problem solving. Train better. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
