Was ok but very Slow Service and there were peanuts in my cotton candy blizzard. This wasn’t an issue for me but could have been very dangerous for a person with a nut allergy.
Went to lake manawa's location. We went right before close. So surprised was able to get what we ordered. Went through drive through lady was very courteous, and we only had a $100 on us and they excepted pretty nice for closing time. Food was greatDairy queens a bit more pricey but worth it.
We went to to DQ this afternoon and got 2 blizzards and a strawberry milkshake. It was awful! I got a cookie dough blizzard and it had 2 pieces of cookie dough in it and that's it! Same thing with my son's blizzard! My husband got a strawberry milkshake and it was like drinking milk! They had no idea what they was doing. The girl left the drive thru window open and you can hear what was going on. Six people running around no clue what was going on. The one girl kept asking " how do you make a root beer float!" We will Never go back there again!!
Their ice cream cakes are to die for! For real! Their chessebergers are ? too. Please eat at this location on 35thand Broadway if you are local.. 1 to 10 it's an 8.! Good stuff. They're drive through needs some attention because it gets too crowded and takes forever.. it's not cool when you want food from there and you have to wait 30 min to get food. But the taste is for real. They worth the wait though For sure! Try them out! Giving them an 8 is a good number for me.. but please eat in the council bluffs locations I've been to them all and they are probably the best fast food restaurant I eat at..
Had a rude lady at the drive thru, if you don't like your job get a new one. Plenty of teenagers that could take orders without the attitude. I should have gone to Freddy's down the road.
Grossest restaurant ever. They were busy, but not taking the time to clean up or wash their hands. I saw 5 people making ice cream with food up their arms. The young lady at the register was taking money and touching food. She had her long, greenish hair down and touched several times. She tried to grab my card and I had to ask her to wash her hands, instead she just moved the computer so I could swipe. I finally asked for the manager. She was the manager. I can’t even fathom what happens out of sight. ?
I got the ice cream first. I waited 17 minutes in the drive through to get a sandwich. Of course it was the wrong sandwich. By then the hot fudge was completely liquid. Don't ever go to this location. The sever with blue hair was very very rude.
Came out melted it was completely liquid within 3 minutes. Medium blizzard, wasted, so was my husbands.
Very good food. Servers were pleasant even though it was very busy.
I said 3 separate times that I did NOT WANT THE BASKET and was still charged for the basket... The people who work here do not listen when taking your order and are extremely rude when you try to tell them they took your order wrong
