The ice cream did not have good flavor and appeared to be freezer burned if possible. Just an off day.
Super slow, lights out on menu board, pulled up to window after ordering.....waited and waited....finally someone took my money....waited and waited and waited while 3 girls chit chatted.....then same one who took my money handed me 2 blizzards in a tray that had been sitting at the window ready to go since we initially pulled up to the window. They were the most pathetic blizzards I've ever had and I've had alot. They were melted and drinkable. Very poor on their part.
Fast service, chocolate ice cream was actually chocolate ice cream and not vanilla ice cream with Hersey syrup in it like the other Dairy Queen does in town (I'm boycotting them). Keep up the good work!
Just got a shake m blizzard, was a line in drive thru but moved along g well
Ordered here in the past and usually food quantity is adequate. Inadequate staffing has been a problem in the past. Ordered a 3 chicken strip snack and a burger with onion rings. There was only 5 onion rings with the burger and the fries had half the amount than usual with the check strips. Staff was friendly, but need to be less conservative with the food.
30 min wait on a Sunday at 8 pm me and a few others legit waited stuck in line no explanation 4/5 people inside working cashier was snappy about simple questions honestly looked like everyone was messing around being you could see one eating in the food area with no gloves and everyone joking around was highly annoying management clearly needs looked at pretty poor service.
The lady who works the drive thru is always super friendly. This store is a little ran down and the drive thru is a mess, but the ice cream is too notch
The food was not done the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and brown on the edges our burgers were not even hot.the bun was not fresh inside wrapper looked tampered with.stopped here from out of town wont ever go again
This Dairy Queen is terrible. I ordered a Blizzard with chocolate ice cream and oreo. Then after sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes I was told at the window that they couldn't make it because they didn't know how. Apparently this wasn't on their list of Blizzard recipes. This makes no sense.
This DQ is fantastic!!! The portions are large and the ice cream treats even larger. The employees have always been friendly and obliging to our special orders.
