They are short staffed which I understand, so I don't mind waiting. Customer service is a huge hit or miss with no in between. And, based of my correct order percentage you have about a 25% of getting what you paid for. Good food tho
Cheat day on my diet since this thing ratted me out it was definitely worth it I got the King chicken thing. I've never really been a fan of the mozzarella sticks they're never seem to be right too much bread or something I don't know but everything else was great fries were hot. staff was definitely understaffed and working hard everything was fresh.
Food was fresh. Drive through lone moved quickly. 1st window was in use to help expedite customers through the line. No complaints
They have no help. Waited at least 5 minutes to order with no car in front of me; and at the same time to get the order at the window. The "Please be patient" sign at the pickup window needs to be placed at the ordering menu.
Horrible experience with Cody the so-called manager I ordered doordash spent $40 and they sent me three rodeo cheeseburgers so I called up there he wanted to come up with some kind of excuses and then tell me he wasn't going to tell me his name so I drove up there and immediately he wants to tell me to leave and there was a wonderful person there Mr Joey Rogers who said I will make your food ma'am made my food nice and fresh and hot and Cody continue to sit there and cuss me out. Very unprofessional he called his manager Chad who got on the phone with me and I assured him that if I was reimbursed for my food that I would not come there again and I would leave a happy customer and they would never have to deal with me again... Cody should not be a manager he is not management material but Mr Joey Rogers I definitely recommend him for the management job and I will be calling corporate to let them know this.
Came to pick up orders. Got there at 9 pm.. Was told they closed because of staff shortage.. They were due to close only in another 2 hours anyway.. I could see there was 3 people.. Why? No one could work till the end? Makes no sense.. But, then again... It is Burger King..
Hours say open until 12am, just pulled hp after Volleyball practice at 8:10pm and all the lights were on the voice in the drive through says, “sorry, we are currently closed.” Thanks Biden.
I eat here all the time because it's close to work. The service is slow, but that's just how it goes everywhere. I always give them benefit of the doubt because they are really kind. Today I ordered an Impossible Whopper and received a regular beef Whopper wrapped in an Impossible wrapper. Veggies beware.
Going thru the drive thru was such waste of time! Sat at the microphone waiting for my order to be taken for five minutes no one said anything to even acknowledge that I was there. So we drove off with the intent to go somewhere else that would be happy to take my money. However as I drove around, I saw the guy who was supposed to be taking orders sitting in the window sipping on his drink doing absolutely nothing! So we went in. It took us maybe five minutes to get our order taken and received. So I thought I would inform the manager, that her drive thru line was not moving and no one was answering the mic. Her reply was that only one person could take orders. If there were multiple people with headsets on, some had to know that the drive thru wasn't getting answered. Or the simple fact that all the cars were driving off. You have to have cameras in the drive thru line so I'm sure you could see the six cars waiting. There were people just standing doing nothing. The guy who was supposed to be taking orders was outside by the time we walked to our vehicle was outside and there were still four cars in drive thru. Someone literally got out of there car in drive thru and went inside and also made a complaint. To no avail, his wife decided to go in while the husband waited to get out of the drive thru line. This is definitely the worst burger King I have been too. There is little to know excuse for the terrible service we didn't receive today! Someone should have been smart enough to realize that something needed to be fixed after multiple complaints! If you don't want to work don't go to work, no matter what kind of job you have! No one made you take the job, so do the damn job!Sincerely, another fastfood worker!
I understand the staffing shortage right now, but, going into the store to avoid drive through waits shouldn't take 30+ minutes. Watching my order being finished and others behind me getting theirs first is bad business. No return visit for me. I made sure to stop the family walking in when we left. The person working the register didn't say a single word to us through the entire order except, "no shakes today". The food was unrecognizable.
