I should have learned my lesson when he closes store down so he wouldn't have to do any VA free meals. By far worst dining experience of my life. It started off with the host would not give me the the both that I asked for. There was nobody sitting there , it was not reserved, he just wouldn't give me that one. No excuse why. I ordered a Dr Pepper it came back all carbonation no no syrup and then to get a new one it took almost 30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece medium I know what medium should be and how hot it it was way too hot I don't know if they're trying to burn the waitress to get rid of her since she was new and this was the way they figured to do it or what but I've been eating hot wings all my life and man that was way hotter than medium. The nachos I ordered were great jalapenos and everything just wonderful. Will not go here again. Will not recommend, to anyone.
Our waitress was amazing. She always checked in and made sure everything was okay. Our food in the other hand was terrible. The wings were dry and cold, even looked they were old and sitting out. And there was even a piece of hair somehow wrapped around one of the wings. The waitress did try to make it better but we lost our appetite so it didn’t matter. This place used to be the best, but it’s went really downhill.
Service absolutely sucks. Google shows hours open until 11pm. We walked in at 10.33pm. Both the male host and the female manager were rude and snotty and said the kitchen closed at 10.30pm. However while we were standing there there was a large platter of food brought out to one of the numerous tables of people that were all still eating. So obviously they lied about the kitchen being closed. I showed them my phone that Google shows them being open until 11pm. The female manager said in a snotty tone she didn't care what Google says, that it's wrong. We go there all the time but unless this is made right with us we will never be back.
Good food, good looking place, of course dozens of TV sets to watch your favorite sport or team. I am not too picky on service just felt like they were a bit off. Lacked a little more personality.
Stopped in for lunch about 1:00 and the hostess warned us the kitchen was backed up a bit. We said no problem, we’d like to enjoy a beer for a while before ordering food anyways. The hostess said she had to ask the manager if that was ok. She came back and told us the manager said “no”. That we must wait on the bench until the kitchen was caught up. Like, what? We can’t even sit at the bar rail and order a beer? Is it not open seating in the bar area? The hostess shrugged and appeared very confused also. We used to visit this location several times a month for 9-10 years but lately this kind of stuff keeps happening so we’re taking our business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.
Wings barely had sauce, cheese curds were greasy and tasted burnt. Won’t be back, there are much better wing places in the metro area.
Stopped in and decided to take our order to go after being seated just because we realized we were in more of a hurry than we thought... Our server was fast and extremely nice, the food was excellent. It was my first time having a burger at any of the locations, I will definitely get another.
We had a server, I think her name was Audrey. She was just wonderful and the most sweetest to us! We loved her service and bubbly personality. When we were dinning we saw her get yelled at and insulted by another customer, she got cussed at, the woman flipped her off and made a huge scene, and Audrey remained professional and was calm. Love the service and workers always, we will be returning again!
If I could give a zero I would. We walked in the waitresses argued over who was going to serve us. The waitress immediately got annoyed that we were there. It was 10:30 on a Saturday. She failed to tell us that they shut down their fryers early and could not serve any fried food. We ordered and the waitress came back 5 minutes later. To tell us that the food we ordered couldn’t be placed because their fryers were shut down due to slow business. Hmm. Okay. So you guys couldn’t make fried food due to the fryers being down? Yet most of your food requires a fryer? So I’m assuming we were going to be served cold old fries as well. When I told the waitress we would be leaving she got very rude about it and blocked me into the booth and wouldn’t move. I told her I refused to pay for the alcohol as well because we hadn’t even taken a drink. We hadn’t been here in over a year due to the bad service. We figured we would give it a try. Once again the biggest failure. If you want food BWW I recommend the location on maple! They are wonderful there.
Great establishment. Staff is friendly and open, always attentive to guests. One of my favorite lunch stops and they always let me know what deals they have for the day
