The girl behind the counter was so rude to other customers and when I asked to substitute something talked down to me for asking. Very, very rude and will never return!Customer service goes a long way.
Love this place! I live in omaha, and there is a blimpie here, but I go all the way to council bluffs just to eat at this one. Grew up going here and it has always been my favorite and still is even to this day! One of my biggest fears in life is this place closing down for good ?
I go in 2x a week i get subs. But the thing you need to get the most is the santa shake by far the best shake you will ever have.

Ok, so here's the deal. Blimpie shares this space with Goodrich dairy. I was here because of Goodrich dairy. You see, I grew up here in Council Bluffs. Then moved away and have only recently returned, 40 years later. Goodrich dairy when I was young had the best milk and the best chocolate malts around. It was for this reason that we stopped today. Sadly, they don't do their own milk anymore. They handle the Hiland brand. I've tried it, not impressed. However, the chocolate malts and ice cream are every bit as good as I remember it! We bought two chocolate malts and they were fabulous! (Drops microphone)......
Did not get what ordered. Messed up 2party sandwiches and then refused to answer the phone after multiple attempts to call and try to rectify the situation. Will never give them andy money or business again. Used to order 3 times a year for many parties for friends and family. Not anymore.
