We walked into the restaurant to be greeted by a trio of giggling girls, none of whom seemed to entirely know what was going on. The first offered my daughter a coloring sheet but was then told by another that they didn't have those. One then offered to seat us. Behind her I could see half of the split dining room and several empty booths. Without asking our preference she led us to a small little 4 top. I told her we wanted a booth, having seen several that were empty. She told me there weren't any available. By that time the quality of service at Big Kel's had become apparent to us, so we left. I'm sure I'll be back in about 5 years or so, once there's a new restaurant under new management in the spot.
I was excited to finally get to try this place. I've been seeing their ads and photos online since they opened. But immediately upon our arrival Tuesday night things went downhill. I don't recall ever having a hostess this grumpy and rude. I truly felt like I was inconveniencing her by showing up to eat. And it wasn't even busy, there were only 2 tables of customers and a few people at the bar when we got there.Our server on the other hand was great. She was friendly, got our order correct, and checked up on us.We ordered a pizza and some wings, after all, it is in the name. The Thai peanut charbuffed wings were great! Loved the flavor and the amount of sauce on the wings. My only criticism is that th÷re was no jams/preserves to dip them in. A spicy Raspberry dip or something along those lines would have made great wings amazing. I ended up getting a side of the sweet chili sauce to use as a dip, and that was acceptable. The pizza on the other hand was not that impressive to me. We got the Blanco pizza and added the chicken as the menu recommended. It ended up being pretty dry, and the crust was an odd mix - it was relatively thick but the bottom was crispy. I also felt the sauce and toppings didn't go far enough to the edge - you can see how much crust there was in the photo.It is a great looking space, friendly server, nice bar, pool table, arcade, and lots of seating. I look forward to another visit and trying some.other menu items.
Came in last night with the family to celebrate my birthday. Food was delicious! Love the nachos!!! Wait staff was awesome! We will definitely put this place in our top places to eat!!!
we had a party of 14 and we had called ahead and they had use set and ready to go. Great waitstaff and love the new manage . the log wall party booth was perfect for us. we will be back. 5 stars. I would like to share some photos of the foods that we had.

The wife and I decided to try Big Kel’s on a whim tonight and are glad we did. The space is pretty big and very clean and modern. It was pretty empty but that seems not unusual for early on a Monday evening. She got the margherita pizza and I got the sombrero burger. Got were super tasty! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive despite also having to take care of a big party that came in the middle of our meal. She was very communicative about that and made sure we were set for a while as well. We will be back!

Great service and awesome food! There were 10 of us in my mom's birthday party. Everyone had their food at the same time, our drinks were always full, and the birthday girl even had her choice of a free birthday dessert! The wings were really good, pizza's were HUGE and delicious! The meatballs on the spaghetti are easily a 2nd meal they are so big! We will be back again!
Best onion rings I have ever eaten, blanco pizza and the charred wings were perfect. Massive portions so come hungry. Wait staff was awesome. Only problem is I live in Oklahoma and can’t eat here more.
Came in from out of town and walked in at 4:45 and only 3 tables had people seated in them and the rest of the restaurant open and we were told it would be an hour wait because they had 2-3 groups coming at 5:30 which was still 45 min later and we could have been there and gone. But makes no since the hour wait because that would have been when the parties were there? The workers were not trying to accommodate business and just ready to turn people away. Not good business and poor businesses management.
