The new burger was burnt hard and crunchy I got the chicken sandwich it was hard and funny tasting we really wanted was the fish sandwich and after this experience I wish I was the health inspector because I believe after the taste all the food has been in the warmer way to long this place needs to retrain the employees or just close there doors and do the public a favor we will never come back to this location

It is the first time I go to this place I got three meals, two of them were wings and some loaded curly fries and the other meal was a RB classic meal MEAL! They didn’t even add the fries and the sandwich looked horrible. I called to tell them what happened and said I wanted a refund to my card because I didn’t think I could go all the way back there ( I live far from that arbys) but the guy got really upset and started yelling at me telling me that I was cursing at him when I clearly did not even said a single word. Simply because I told him that he had to be nicer or do their job right because he was upset since the beginning. I do not recommend this place at all.
Do I wish the line was shorter? Yes but it was dinner time and they were super busy. Had great service. I got a coke lemonade mix drink it was delicious and the lady at the window was very friendly.
Great Arbys food ALWAYS fresh, freshly prepared, the hot food is hot, cold is cold! That’s important to me that it’s not sitting around improper temperatures can bring on a bad visit. Crew always make sure order correctly prepared even some of the strange concoctions I throw at them!! LOL. Kitchen clean as are employees. HUGE COMPLIMENTS to the crew they do an awesome job in this picky ol ladies opinion!
Any time the general manager is there it's a horrible experience. She always has a a terrible attitude and it's obvious she's annoyed to have customers to serve. I sat in the drive thru for 45 min to an hour an she didn't leave the drive thru window at all. Not even to help out her crew who was clearly overwhelmed. She was to busy sitting down playing on her phone literally playing a game. GM like this push good employees away. No one wants to watch the person who gets paid the most do the least amount of work.
Always short staffed but the night ladies are always super friendly and helpful. These workers need a raise for doing the jobs of many and only getting paid for 1 person. Not getting an attitude or getting mad about it, just working their butts off n git er done all with a great attitude and smiles on their faces! Thanks ladies!
Wanted to make 2 separate orders since there were 2 of us in the vehicle and one just wanted a drink. So I asked for one of the drinks to be on separate ticket and was told that we can't do that... since when can you not have 2 orders? What's the difference if I wanted to order a shake ? Or just a slider?
Didn’t include the condiments I asked for. Curly fries were cold. Beef and cheddar sandwich was covered in sauce, and very lazily put together. Very displeased.
Fast service and quality food. We did not have to wait too long, and our order was not messed up at all.
