Seemed like decent service, but all of the food was just above room temperature. Everything was cooked all the way, so I am assuming that our waitress was taking too long to bring the food out to the table. There were only two people at each of the four tables she was waiting besides the one table that had a family of four that left shortly after we got there.
They told us 15 minutes. Their was at least 8 people ahead of us. Next group walked in. How long 15 minutes. The girl told everyone 15 minutes and 30 minutes later we walked out and went to Cracker Barrel and they took us right in and they were packed there. This happens at every Applebees we go to.
Pretty much what you think expect from a chain restaurant, except that the waitresses are very friendly and let a friend and myself who are out of towners hang around and chat for a very long time, without having to continually order food or drinks so that was really nice of them. The strawberry/mango smoothie is really good too!
It had been a couple years since we ate at Applebees because we noticed service and food was going down hill, well we decided to give it a try about a week ago and I’m happy to say food was delicious and service seems to be getting a little better; our waitress was really great anyways. The wonton chicken tacos are a must have!
Went for my daughter's birthday and would not recommend this location to anyone. We didn't get acknowledged for about 6 min and it was completely dead. We get seated and order an appetizer only to get portion that was half what the picture showed. Didn't want to argue so just went with it but my daughter ordered a medium well steak that came back well done. I only spoke up because it was for my daughter and it was her birthday meal. The kitchen staff took offense and it was another 20 min before we got the steak. Obviously I wasn't going to eat while my daughter waited so my food was cold. I can say 100% the wait was retaliation for asking what I ordered. Our server Brianna didn't ask once for refills and seemed annoyed the whole time. Tried to be polite but it didn't matter to the easily offended cook and server. Maybe restaurant work might not be for you if this is how you treat customers.
This place is already disgusting and unclean so for the employees to be rude on top of it is pretty unacceptable. If you hate your low paying job that much get another one. Kudos to the people brave enough to actually eat there every time I pick up a order I’m pretty sure I love been looking at the same stains and food on the floor from last week.
Curbside order was 20 minutes late and missing fries. To go orders are always missing food. Asked for a refund for our missing fries and the rude woman on the phone said they could mail us a coupon. She acted like we were wasting her time. 2 hours later, the manager still didn't call us back. We called and talked to someone that said they would give us $20 back. A week later and we still haven't received anything. Given the chronic issues, the only thing worse than the poor service is the pathetic management.
Old romaine lettuce in Cesar salad with over cooked chicken. no menus (, suppose to use an app on your phone),and waited quite awhile as it seemed like 1 maybe 2 servers for whole place which was pretty busy . I've never been an Applebee's person as I feel they have declined over the past 10 yrs so this verified it. Not our servers fault, just the quality of the food.
Normally the service is good here but tonight was very poor through the online delivery. We had three meals with one missing. Upon calling, the person said that he did forget one part and may of forgot the other. There was no issuing a refund for what was missing or sending the missing meal. Just got told that they can give us a coupon. Very dissatisfied and unhappy with this service.
Good service. Ordered the new impossible burger. It was very good. I'm glad they have a plant-based meat option for vegans. Also $5 mucho drinks were good.
