Where is Vaughn????? What happen to smiling faces and good customer service? Super rude, music was sooo loud. Workers were very rude and short. Alot of eye rolling. The girl didn't even smile, acknowledge or attend to me until after 10 minutes of me standing in front of the register waiting for my pick up order. Then waited an additional 30 minutes for an order that was placed way before my arrival time. Very argumentative. The manager is super unprofessional and they're all questionable. They gave me fries that were sitting in the fry basket for who knows how long. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. First impression is key and the environment is a horrible first impression. Seems like there's a bad batch of apples.

If the chicken wasn’t so good, we’d give up on this place.Tell me they’re waiting on fries in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later they wake up and realize I’m still standing there. They put my fries back down. Yes, already cooked fries, back in the oil, then put your order into the bag of my already 12 minute old order of chicken.Chicken was still good, imagine how great it would have been if they had paid even minimal attention5 stars for food-3 stars service

We love this place! They have always been great to us and we love that you can customize (e.g., extra crispy, drums only). The only time we experienced delays was during the wing shortage, when other wing restaurants didn't even take wing orders. Their ranch is the actual best.

The girl employee was very rude and was argumentative. Very unfriendly staff. Will most likely not be back. Also wings lacked sauce

I would like to give it a zero, but since I can’t, I'm giving it a one. My sister, my three year old niece and I went with our brother, his wife, their two nieces, two nephews and our father to get food from here. We had two separate orders. My sister, niece and I ordered ours first and my brother, their family and my dad ordered second. We sat and waited 30-45 minutes for our food before they called my brothers order and said it was ready. We were kind of confused as to why they got their food first since our order was smaller and consisted of the same food, but we waited about another five minutes before going up and asking about our order. The lady my sister was talking to said that they were working on it and then the manager came up abruptly and was rude to my sister, who only asked a simple question and was telling her that DoorDash orders and online orders came first and she would just have to wait. We clearly had no issue waiting since we already waited so long, but the manager kept making comments about how my sister was being rude, when all she was doing was asking a simple question about our order. We waited another 10-15 minutes and we still didn’t have our food. We were at the back tables, my niece was getting antsy so we were standing around with her trying to keep her occupied and the manager kept telling her staff to ignore us and just keep working as if we were staring them down and making them uncomfortable when we were not doing that. After she kept making comments about us, my sister went up and asked for a refund so we could just leave and eat somewhere else. Again, the manager was being extremely rude while refunding us, telling my sister she had an attitude the entire time and was “yelling” at them. When she was not. There was many witness’. I honestly think they lost our ticket and didn’t want to admit it. All we had was two six piece boneless wings, a fry, a corn, and a chicken tender meal with fries. There is no reason our meal didn’t come out before my brothers or even afterwards. She kept saying it was because DoorDash and online orders came first, but if that was the case, it should have been our order first and then my brothers should have been put off since they ordered after us. Not to mention they forgot my brothers order of 6 piece boneless wing as well. This was going to be our first time trying Wingstop and we were highly dissatisfied with the managers attitude towards us. We understand times are tough right now and staff is low, that is why we waited so long before saying anything. This could have had a completely different outcome if the manager would have been more respectful and tried talking to us on a more calm level, but she wanted to raise her voice, make assumptions and accuse us of making a scene when again, all my sister did was ask a question, that wasn’t even directed towards her, it was directed at another staff that was already helping us. Also the tables were dirty, still had wing sauce on one of them, the pop machine didn’t look like it was clean and a few of the sodas were flat and the floors were disgusting. Wish I would have taken pictures now, but I will not ever step back into that place again. Biggest mistake we made that night.

The Short: Immature, Unprofessional, and somewhat QuestionableThe Long: I ordered a large & small chicken bits and waited a bit until i notice other people were getting their food before me. Honestly, I didn't think much of it but just out of curiosity I politely asked the "manager" how much longer could I expect to wait... The "manager" became extremely immature and the very unprofessional.Well, this same immaturity showed once again as soon as i got home and open the bag of food. This is what made me decided to write this long review. So, Instead of getting what I ordered, I was given a small and then an even smaller size of chicken in a large box. This was extremely obvious and normally could be fix but how pathetic i was treated just before this, i decided not to. I wouldn't trust the quality at the point.I advised you to strongly avoiding this place at all cost. The level of unprofessionalism and immaturity that i witnessed would have me thinking twice about the food i'd be eating from there.

I waited for 45+ minutes for just 8 wings...the service was not very good and when I went up to ask how much longer they would brush me off and say they didn't have them ready yet. They were handing out food to people who had walked in and ordered after me. Do not recommend going here it's a waste of time

I gave them 5 stars before, but now no one ever picks up the phone so I can order, and I cannot order online. I guess my only option is to walk in and waste 30 to 45 minutes of my time.

Ordered the tenders and there was a long hair that was cooked into it. The restaurant was extremely dirty with trash on every table. I will not be coming back here again.
