There were 3-4 workers outside and it was 11am. No cars were in line, pulled up to the speaker to order, and the gentleman said be with you in one second. Waited 3 minutes and heard nothing so we decided to leave. This location has consistently given a bad expirience for years I feel like. Hopefully they find the right leadership someday to turn this place around. Sad.
The past three times I’ve gone through this drive through they tell me it’s either a 15 to 20 minute wait or they won’t take your order at all due to short staff. when I drove by the drive-through windows there were 3 employees standing around while another was making TickTock‘s and dancing..cant make this stuff up. I went to the fast food place next to Wendy’s and watched probably 8 cars drive away within five minutes.
The last two times I've drove up (both times just after 930), I was refused service due to closing early. Why are you closing a half hour before you're supposed to? Is this some kind of new policy with Wendy's? I'll try to eat here one more time, because I enjoy Wendy's, and it's close to work, but this location might just have to be off the menu.
Lol. This particular location is a joke. Everytime we've ordered from here they've screwed up our order. On our last visit, we asked for Jr. Deluxe Sandwiches with no bun and we were given patties in a container with a blob of ketchup. On an earlier visit, our order was so messed up we had several items either partially incomplete or completely missing. Unless you're in the mood for having to wait restaurant service times for a fast food line, I'd suggest you drive on by. The baconator fries were pretty decent, adding a few points back on the board 3/10.
Do not like this location and haven’t had a successful trip once. Normally go for just a frosty and past few times haven’t been able to even get one. Machine is either down, they closed early, or no one will even take your order at 7pm. One of the times I’ve gone, I honestly thought they had gone out of business because of the time of day it was completely empty and dark.
The crew they have are just awesome! Very happy, they joke around with you and were still on top of their duties. The food is great! They even gave me a free sandwich to try because I said I didn't like pickles. Their fried pickles were actually pretty tasty ?.
I absolutely love swinging by this Wendy’s in the morning for breakfast. Their staff is so uplifting, kind and always start my day on a positive note. Special shout out to John and Becky for being memorable all-stars. You guys really know the meaning of customer service, and I am always grateful when I get to start my day by visiting you guys at the window. Huge thank you, and god bless!!!
We didn't have a long wait and the baconaders and fries were awesome. Lots of salt, just how I like them. ? But with all that salt, I would have been glad to have more lemonade and less ice in my cup! ?? (sorry staff, I know the ice is more fun to put in than the beverage?)
Went here about a week ago. The fries were decent and the only thing that was close to hot. When I tried to use the new fangled drink machine there was no ice so the girl who took my order was nice enough to get my drink from behind the counter. Now for the bad. They didn’t seem to care about taking our order, probably because they were closing in a half hour. We were there with plenty of time to eat. When I went to get my drink there were NO instructions on how to operate the drink machine. Turns out it’s one of those touch screen machines which I have never used before. After the employee said you have to touch the screen to start it there was no ice. Also the area where the drink comes out looked like it had not been cleaned at all for the day. After the employee got my drink from behind the counter it tasted like a plastic cup that had been sitting around for a long time. The burger was lukewarm and tasted like the old frozen patties you used to get from McDonalds. While we were sitting there eating one of the employees in back was shouting something. I couldn’t hear what he said but my sister said he was swearing. Another employee yelled at him that there were customers in the restaurant. While we eating they turned out the lights in the lobby. This was at 5:00. My sister didn’t like her meal either but I don’t know what her dislikes were. Now for a rant. Why would a restaurant close at 5:00 when people normally want to eat. If you are going to close let your customers know. Clean the place. Seemed like there were no adults around (I may be wrong but I didn’t see any). Seems like the quality of all the fast food restaurants is going down not that it’s a high standard. And all this for a higher price.
I give this place 1 star and it barely deserves that. The person who took my order sounded like she didn't care. When I got my order it was the wrong burger but I didn't realize until I got home. The burger was cold, sloppy and bun was hard and stale. Fries luke-warm at best. 1 star because my drink was cold and chili was hot. I recommend going to the McDonald's or steak n shake on either side of this Wendy's. Worst food I had in a long time.
