Servers were young and very spacey. Party of 4; 2 adults, 2 kids. Had to keep asking for the basics and repeatedly for some things.Good food, not cheap.
Went to this Coralville location as it was nostalgia from the days of living in Iowa City. Two red flags right from the get go: 1. Planters outside with no flowers but filled with smashed beer cans and trash. 2. Walked into the restaurant and the entire place had sticky floors throughout. Walking on the floor gave u that suction sound. Nasty. I made the bad choice of not just leaving. It's been years! So I'll give it a chance. Menu - very high prices. That's not bad if your food is good, but in this case, it's not. I ordered the low carb platter. (Yes no wings, very poor decision by me as I would pay 4 it later) I get the food and there's a small chicken breast sitting on top of dead Lettuce with black edges. Not appealing. Skip the garnish if your Lettuce looks like that. The tiny chicken breast was kinda dry but not too bad but no seasoning. I asked for some Buffalo sauce which made it better. Veggies were fine and not overcooked. That's a positive. I dig into the cottage cheese and it's sour. Took another bite to confirm, yes sourness. Skipped it. Bad meal. Now for some good. Waitress was good and attentive. She did wind up removing the bad meal from my bill which was appreciated. It wasn't her fault the food was bad. I really wanted to like this place and to bring back that nostalgic feeling of how good it once was but there's some issues here. Lack of Cleanliness and food quality.
The wings were over cooked and hard. Haven't been here in years and was super excited to come back but ended in disappoinment. The hostess said she didn't have any tables open and would need to sit at the bar. I explained I prefer a table and asked the wait.. she said there isn't a wait but I just don't want to overwork the waiters.. unfortunately I wont be back.
Service started out a little rocky, waited 30 mins for a server. Finally went to the bar to get our own drinks. The bartender found a waitress for us and after that everything was great. Wonderful waitress, food was delicious, great portions and fun atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

Nothing special. Salsa was alright and chips were yummy. The street tacos steak was a little meh. The Irish potato things were pretty good though. The waitress was very nice.
Food is high even for Iowa city, Coralville area. Sweet potato fries are extra and soggy. Almost $19 for an ok sandwich with soggy Sweet potato fries. Beer happy hour is a bit of a joke also. Server was nice. Food quality is mediocre and high priced. Find an alternative to this place.
We stopped in before a game and the place was packed. Food and drinks were a touch on the long side and server was good. Good experience as a whole, could have been a touch better is all. We'll be back.
Our wait was unacceptable today. I understand that a lot of people got there at the same time prior to wrestling match but other table got there after us and got there food before us. The bill was wrong. They added extra items to my bill that was for a different friend at our table. I ordered chicken sandwich with tater tots...I was not informed that it would be additional charge if I didn't go with the fries. Better communication from the waitress would have helped on that.
Server was great food not so much over priced and cold before it got to our table. I've also never paid 16 bux for a plate of French fries with unmelted shredded chese on them.
