Had a lovely meal as always, a lively selection of sushi for all taste palates. Soups and appetizers are all good as well. Friendly's attentive servers.
Stay away from this place. The food is ok, however, the staff is incredibly rude. This is my third bad experience. They won’t listen carefully to what you are ordering. As a result they will change what you really meant to order over something similar. Or should I be an expert in Japanese food to dine in this restaurant? Maybe I should leave Japanese? Come on! I even tipped you guys in 20% for a pick up order. Listen to your customers next time if you don’t want to end up loosing them as you lost this one.
I ordered to go so I have no comments on service other than the front of the house was nice. Crab rangoon here is more savory than sweet which is my preference and not something I've found at other local restaurants. Poke bowl was fantastic. Overall loved the food.
When I called in I asked if they have chicken fried rice in which she replied no we do not. (I meant to ask for the chicken tappenyaki) but I explained that I got a chicken fried rice and it was like hibachi style (that’s what the description says online) and she kept saying you don’t have it and all you have is chicken terreyaki and you can put it on fried rice. This is not what I wanted tho but I said okay that’s fine. Then I ordered the tuna don for my girlfriend and she had to ask over and over what I wanted. It is clear she had no idea what your menu has and doesn’t have. She literally had to ask a co worker if you have it because she had no clue. Then after we picked it up, I show up and say order for allan. Then they say “chicken terreyaki? That’s gonna be 15”… so I’m thinking that can’t be right I literally ordered 2 things so I said oh I ordered the tuna don. I’m 100% sure it was the same girl who took our order and she acted like she had no clue. They didn’t even make the food yet. So I had to wait there while they made the tuna don. No apology nothing. Probably will not be coming back if you do not reprehend the troubles we went through today because this is ridiculous.
We have been going to 3 Sam for many years. It changed hands and the food was not to our liking. The last two times we’ve been there the menus was back to excellent and today the restaurant was full. Please keep it up!!!
Waiter and waitress were nice, but the food is not good. My clear both soup tasted like chlorine and pool water. Smelled like it too. They don’t take food off the bill. Water tastes like dirty tap water.
The food was honestly over priced, the ramen broth was decent and flavourful but the noodles were like instant ramen noodle and if broth is the blood of ramen then noodles are the flesh. Pho was not flavourful at all, broth was like sugar water. The service was nice and friendly therefore they gain 2 stars, but they sat us right next to some other customers who were having a very unpleasant conversation very loudly, and as the entire restaurant was almost empty i wonder why we werent sat somewhere further from other customers.
The clear broth soup tasted like chlorine, when we asked to take it back they said we couldn’t take it off our bill. Everything tasted like miso soup like they reuse there soup for other dishes. The only good thing was there house salad
New favorite sushi place! The lunch specials are great and I definitely recommend this place for dinner as well.
Very enjoyable. Good sushi and very affordable. Liked the Pho and treated myself to sake. Fresh ingredients and relaxing atmosphere. I'm picky, and would definitely go back. Service was very good and very pleasant servers.
