The employee was very rude called me to tell me she didn’t have what I requested witch is understandable but when I asked for a refund she told me she wouldn’t help me or put a manger on the phone she hung up on me once I called back no answer called the store and got threatened by a Grayson number of original caller +1 (563) 505 ****she lied about her name being Jenny and the store manger name being brista I’m highly upset
Second time my fiancé has ordered from this store online and they didn’t have the right bread. They only had flatbread and whole grain. This store is broken. It’s worth it to order from the one on 2nd street in coralville instead.
Usual Subway fare but props to the employee who was working by himself! Stayed composed and was professional, courteous and helpful even though he was slammed with dine-in and online orders.
I have only been to the newer location by the BP gas station so I don't know anything about the older one that was in the strip mall. The one by the BP is nice and clean. Every time I go in there the staff is friendly and fast. Food is always good. I'll keep coming back.

I always enjoy the chopped salads. This facility did not have the ability to make a chopped salad. Then when I ordered a regular salad they did not have any knives for me to cut the big pieces.
