Only did 1 star cause you have to give them something in order to review.WORST SUBWAY I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!Can’t understand the Arab guy and they’re out of everything!!!Never again at this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!So disappointed.
The employee didn't understand what we were asking for. Asked for mayonnaise the employee walked into the back, grabbed a bottle, came back and applied it to the sandwiches. It wasn't mayo it was ranch.
1st shift lunch (12-1) - Lead/Manager knows what he is doing but has help that doesn't understand english entirely and doesn't understand the register. I visited this location in late January and had this same issue. I decided to wait and see if the woman would get more efficient after time/training and haven't seen any improvement. The sandwich was good, but the inefficiencies with language, slow pace and issues with operating the register were below satisfactory. I really hope this location makes the proper changes soon.
Amazing customer service, very clean kitchen, and the employees were participating in hygienic practices.

Just had a really awesome experience here and wanted to give my story :)
The guy that helped me was super nice and efficient. My only issue is that he was playing his music in the kitchen, loudly, and was very inappropriate for the workplace. I shouldn't be hearing the N word and loads of cussing when getting a sandwich.
Had a line of people. 2 people working and one takes a break
