Great drinks, friendly staff! Recommend visiting!
Never opens on time. Have spent many mornings waiting at 5:30 am, only to be told some excuse or the other for opening late. Service is extremely slow, with frequent wrong orders. You’re better off trying the Hy-vee one.
We stopped my Sunday am before hitting to road. We orded 4 drinks. One was a hot English Breakfast Tea (venti). We had a carrier for the drinks. The tra was not doible cupped and th lid was not on properly. My wife has severe burns on her leg. Very upset. Called to let them know.. not to yell or scream at all. They told us it's not their policy to double cup hot tea and basically felt they did not care. Life is full of options. And we have a choice where we stop..

This Starbucks is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong and have poor customer service. I keep giving them chances and chances since it’s a convenient location but no more. The only thing they seem to ever get correct for me is iced tea but anytime I order a coffee drink it has been wrong. I once ordered a hot drink and they made it iced so I asked for my correct order. I watched the barista strain the ice out and add hot milk to a cup for my “hot drink.” What I received was hot milk with a splash of coffee in the end, turning a $6-7 drink non-drinkable. I’ve ordered and paid for a drink that they didn’t have everything to make and didn’t tell me until I asked why my drink was not as advertised. These extras cost extra and of course no apologies, no discount, nothing. If you don’t have ingredients that’s completely fine, I’ll change my order but don’t charge me for something then not put it in my drink and not even tell me. I go to Starbucks all the time and have been a gold member for years, I’ve never had as many issues as I’ve had at this Starbucks in the past year.Long story short if you order anything other than plain teas or coffee, this might not be the best Starbucks for you. If you have customizations other than their specialty drinks, forget about it since they can’t even make those right.
Service is fast and friendly. I've been there at busy times and they can get through like pretty quick.The baristas they have there do good work and are always nice.
My daughter LOVES this place. She's super particular about her order and they make it perfectly every time. She will finish a venti with no hesitation.The line is always ridiculously long. Bless the folks that work there!!!
Food taste good but the Starbucks needs to get it together, it’s barely 2pm and you don’t have a whole bunch of items
Staff are great and work hard. Status of pick-up and delivery just ok.
Was not happy to get to work and realize that they did not make my coffee correctly.
