The cheese bread sticks were dry and hard as well as the cinnamon sticks and the pizza itself was not tasteful
Give me the correct order. When double checking for a sauce (thank you for that part), double check the pizza is correct too. I live 30 minutes outside of town, so a round trip hour drive, isn't worth calling. I'm sure if I had they would have made the correct pizza for me to pick up.

I bought a big box through online order, I asked for light sauce but for all of them. Got heavy sauce on all. I think the cook thought the ticket said extra sauce but on my receipt it says easy on the sauce.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I recommend never going to this place. I originally had my order as delivery. Then I received a call from the pizza hut I ordered. Apologizing that they lost there last delivery driver. Asking if I could come pick it up and delivery fees and 30% off would be taken off my total. When I went to inside. Nothing was organized in there. There was a female employee off the clock wearing a tshirt, shorts, sandals, and hair in two buns with no hairnet. There was also a child running around the back the restaurant. I noticed that some of the cooks were not using gloves when prepping pizzas. My order the bread sticks were to not cut and the pizza looked like it was sitting for over 30 minutes. When we left the pizza hut we noticed a delivery driver walking out of their vechile and entering the pizza hut. I was also charged 51.86 the original price (delivery fees). I never did receive my discount for canceling the delivery fee or 30% off my order.

Just awful customer service! So rude and abrupt when answering questions about placing order. Need to drop the attitude.Also, you need to call multiple times before they will pick up.The quality of the pizza also varied based on previous orders and never met the standards of other Pizza Hut stores.Will NOT be ordering from them again!
For this order, our breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were not cut. The pizza arrived warm, but not hot.
This place needs new management! Called several times last night with no answer. None! Ordered online and our pizza NEVER showed up. Ridiculous! Every time we try to give them another chance, they always mess up the order or it takes forever. Please get new management or just close because this store is worthless!
Please get new management or close this store. Always takes forever and the order is more than likely to be wrong. I hate that this is the only pizza hut in town. Called last night and no one even answered. At all! Ordered online and tracked my order. Said it would be 55-65 minutes. The tracker stopped at making your pizza, never showed up and still no answer. Just give up, you are ruining the Pizza Hut brand!
