We ordered 2 pizzas at 1150pm.. we were told an hour wait, witch is fine. I called them after an hour and half and asked what was going on, and they said they were short drivers, our pizza was done. Called to see if we could pick it up to make things easier, but they said “pickup was closed”. Very rude and unprofessional. Called back at 2am before they closed to find out that they canceled my order without telling me, for a reason that wasn’t even valid. I’m sorry, I get we all get busy but please don’t take it out on your customers
Very poor customer service. Called and ordered a pizza and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Called to cancel the order and the receptionist hung up on me the first time and cussed me out the second time for calling back and trying to cancel the order and make sure I wasn’t charged. Would choose another pizza joint for late night service. Very disappointed.
I ordered 2 large pizzas from the app and set the time to pick them up as I was taking them to my daughter’s for my granddaughter’s 5th birthday family lunch. The order came to $30. I went in to the store to pay/pick up the pizzas and wanted to add a soda also. I had a few ones and fifties in my wallet. The girl said they didn’t think they could take a $50 but she would check with her manager. The manger came out and told me I would have to go across the street and break it and then come back. By doing that, it would make me late. He said they could not take a $50 bill because it would take all the cash they had. I told him to just forget and turned around to leave. The manager said “Thanks for wasting my time.” I told him it was MY time that was wasted. Why would he say something like that to a customer? He continued to yell and scream at me because they completed my order and I wouldn’t pay for it. I told him that I want to pay for it and he wouldn’t take my money. He then states it is against policy to take a $50 bill. I advised if I was told or read that I needed to bring smaller bills BEFORE I got there I would have but which is it- giving me lass than $20 change would break their bank or is it a policy issue? The manger was still screaming at me because I wasted their time and food because I wouldn’t pay for my order. I yelled back I wanted to pay for it- he won’t take my money. I did not waste anything if HE won’t take my cash. My time is wasted because now I have to find something else to bring to my daughter’s for lunch. Will I recommend this place? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Why would I recommend a place that blames a customer for trying to pay for an order and the manger refuses to take the cash? That man should NOT be in a position to interact with customers if that store intends to be profitable.
The lady driver was very sweet and even help Daly and shovel my drive way. Pizza was delicious

Personal know the GM Shawn from his other restaurants always had a great time in his restaurants. He know how to talk to you and got a way with his words to make you laugh as he did for me a few days ago answered all questions will return as long he in charge that’s how I know I’ll be taken care of the right way the first time I will be back you guys are lucky to have him
Don't waste your time on this place if you are ordering around a dinner time. Our first experience was okay, and delivery was fast. But, today we ordered via online at 5:30pm and didn't get the pizza until 7:30pm. Surprisingly, the pizza was ready for delivery around 6pm. I still don't understand what happened for 1 1/2 hours. Just make sure to order a delivery via DoorDash or UberEats which at least you get an estimated delivery time and the availability of drivers.
It does have nice pizza and I do love pizza from Papa John's pizza
Foods always warm and ready quickly. Never had any problems with items being forgotten or in bad condition. I Always do carry out and the staff is friendly.
Definitely not worth $38 for 2 Pizzas ind some wings. A large pizza is considered a small at Casey's or the depot
