Turkey sandwich was wanting of Turkey. When we brought it to the attention of the staff they said we can pay for more, but it’s pre measured and that’s all we get. I think they need to recalibrate their scales.

Rudest Employee!Went through the drive thru to order a bagel and a drink. Early morning on 4/3. The lady gave me my bag and I noticed my bagel wasn’t cut or warmed. I asked for it to be done and tried to give it back to her. The lady said and I quote “Unfortunately you’re going to have to come inside for that because there is a line of cars” As a customer service employee she should’ve asked me while I was ordering “would you like that toasted or sliced” she shouldn’t assume that every drive thru customer is a regular and knows the ins and outs about Panera. I had to park, walk inside, wait in line, and it took the workers maybe 60 seconds to toast and slice my 1 bagel. The drive thru line would not have been majorly impacted for 60 more seconds. Just rude and inconsiderate!

Great place but seems expensive for lunch. The man at the register is always nice and happy to take your order, cooks are friendly and give a kind smile. The only draw back is limited parking seating isn't always available at lunch time.

Panera Bread had the best goodies, but today I just got a tea ..my favorite as well as a friend of mine's too!!...always good to stop there!!!

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Panera this morning. I accidentally forgot to change the time on my order so I called to have it be scheduled for later and was told that was no problem. I go to get my order curbside and wait 10ish minutes before going inside to see what’s going on. I also tried to call but was hung up on twice. There is only one worker that I can see and he is moving slowly to get through the line. When it’s my turn, he can’t find my order. At this point, I’m fed up and going to be late to work so I ask them to just cancel it and refund me. The response was “we’ll look into it.” Someone finally piped up saying my order was in some other cooler and was given my order, no apologies or anything. Terrible customer service and workers were rude.

Horrid service. We ordered and paid, she gave us soup. We got flatbread meals, and no baguettes were included even though they usually are in there. Anyways, we wait 5 minutes and she finally pops her head out to tell us they don't have sauce for our pizza. Doesn't offer any compensation, just says do you want another pizza or just a refund. I say can I do the chipotle pizza, and also asked if I could get hot soups replaced. She sarcastically said, so you want 4 soups? No. I want fresh soup since you made us wait just to tell us you don't have pizza sauce.They don't even ask for the Panera number. This place is awful.

I got a bagel with a sliver of one side of the bagel cut off, not cut at all on the other side. It was also very hard. So disappointed!

The last three times I have been to this location it has gotten worse each time. They forget something to the order each time and this last order I placed on online. Pick up was to be at 12:45, at 12:55 I had to go in to check in it. Still had 5-10 minutes. Never again!

Food is always great, but the menu lights are burnt out so I can't see what I'm ordering.

Always easy ordering. Never a long wait for the food. Always good food. Never had a bad experience yet!
