Food is always fresh, fast and so good! Burrito's, tacos, quesadilla's, chips in caso. It's all good. Lots of options endless combinations to choose from.
Ordered from Pancheros for delivery my food went missing for an hour and was sitting in the drivers car on 100 degree day. Tried to call the restaurant 5+ times and they never answered. Horrible experience all around.
Food was very good. The service was subpar to be kind. No napkins and no straws. When it was brought to their attention, they put out straws, but never did bring out napkins. Very poor location.
I showed up at 6:50 PM on a Tuesday- March 15 (10 PM closing time), all 3 doors were locked with 2 workers visible inside. They acknowledged me and went and hid in the back room. There was 2 customers inside eating at a table? Not to mention, numerous potential customers also showed up next to me. They should definitely be fired.
Don't go to the one in Waterloo. It's dirty and one of the staff was handling food with no gloves. If you are cooking pull your pants up. I don't want to see your underwear. Nobody was wearing a hat. We walked out.
This is the third time I have done an online order from Edgewood Road Pancheros and they didn't have it ready nor did they have any dough!! so I wasted my whole lunch break & didn't get to eat! On top of that every single time I go there they are out of something!!!Either meat, queso, or dough. If you don't have enough staff to keep up with online orders then please stop making this an option! I am usually a very understanding person but I am absolutely fed up with this location & will not go back!!!! ???
I will select 0 star if there is one. Valentine's day is supposed to be a beautiful and lovely day. But, I had enough frustration at this Pancheros restaurant today. The whole experiences ruined my day and appetite. I made two orders on Pancheros mobile app today. They messed up my orders, and decided to do nothing about it. The staff said he can not make the order if the order is not on the register screen. After I repeatedly ask him to look at my email to see " Pancheros Online order received", he finally looked at the email and went back to check at the register. He noticed there was a communication error between the app and the store, he did not apologize for the mistake and continue to be rude and unfriendly. I had enough of his bullsh*t and left the store. I decided never to go back to this Pancheros again. I am really disapppointed at the the customer service at this store . The staff needs extensive customer service training!
The employees were just joking around and didn't want to serve you. Just teenagers who don't care about their jobs. It used to be a good place but now everything looks so disgusting that they let anyone down.
The workers look miserable and their attitudes sucked... I didn't just feel unwanted, I knew it. I don't blame the workers, I blame management and above. Also the food quality was horrible. I got a bowl and am almost certain there were small rocks in my food.This experience extends past this location by the way. Gross and never again.
Staff is great and the food is always fresh. I am very disappointed that the staff is told that online orders are more important than the line of in house customers that stretches all the way out the door i waited over 30 minutes to get the the front of the line juat to wait another 10 mins while they filled a bunch if online orders first. It pretty unfair to in house customers and the staff to put so much pressure on them that they are forced to drop the quality of service to people in the restaurant because of online orders.
