Waitress wasn't the best, didn't offer refills on anything including the drinks, or to remove empty plates so we could pack up leftovers. Didn't tip much at all and we get attitude when we said goodnight. And that's nothing compared to the food that gave me and my whole table very upset stomachs on the way home. Maybe it was just a bad night, but I've never had issues with any other OG.
Everything was okay. We waited for quite some time before the server arrived at our table to take our orders. We got pasta entree's and got unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. One of the creamy soups tasted good, salad was fresh but basic, and the pastas tasted good too, but nothing really stood out. Overall it was a good experience considering we haven't been here in a long time.
Great food, amazing service. Delicious foods. wonderful deserts. This is not a great choice if you're a low carb or keto eater. Not a lot of options for a healthier lifestyle choice.
Do you want to eat food? Even better, do you want to eat Italian food? Because I'll tell you what, you can absolutely do that here. Not only do they have tables, but get this, chairs. Revolutionary I know, but they do have them. But seriously; clean restaurant, friendly staff, and good food. Reasonable prices for the atmosphere and you will never regret the hospitaliano.

Traveling from Eastern Illinois to visit family and decided here was the place for lunch. Let me tell you, this was the best choice for us. The service, food and speed of everything was beyond expectations.

I'm not going to brag about the food here, and not that our food experience here was bad. Our meal was in fact delicious and my 7 year old son commented many times how he was stuffed, but the food was so good he couldn't stop eating.My positive feedback in this case comes from the great customer service we received. Our waiter was friendly and enthusiastic, which always makes for a great dining experience. Our meals were a little slow coming out, but our waiter made sure to check on the hold-up. When our food did come the waiter immediately noticed one dish was missing shrimp, so he promised to check and in a short time he delivered the missing shrimp. In addition, we received a visit at our table from a manager to be sure we received the missing shrimp.Our customer service experience here was exceptional, which combined with good food, made our overall visit worthwhile.
Server was amazing, very easy to talk to, made us laugh a few times. With how busy they were she still made sure everything was good with our table, and stopped by often. I would visit this one again when I'm in town.
