What a great experience. Whoever the drive thru woman was, I LOVED HER. If she isn't a manager already, then she needs to be looked at for that position. As I was paying, the cook messed up my order & tried to take off stuff he wasn't supposed to put on it. She caught him & demanded he make two new sandwiches for me. Absolutely loved how she was making sure my order was made properly & pushing for that better quality meal for her costumer. Thank you.
This place deserves ZERO stars. The food was burnt we waited in line for 15 minutes when we were the only ones there. The managers and staff are completely unprofessional but what’s the Surprise there’s no such thing as a good McDonald’s.
I came through the drive thru and my food was wrong And I had to repeat my order not only twice but multiple times after and still got the wrong items not to mention I tried calling numerous times nobody picked up my nuggets was stale and old would not recommend neither of the McDonald's in Coralville.
We like the food, but it seems to be difficult to receive it hot. We will only pick up from inside to guarantee the temp.
Very disappointed. Our sandwiches were cold and the malts were half whip cream. No exaggeration. They even felt like there was little ice cream in them. If I would have had time. I would have to gone back and asked them to remake them. We were traveling and normally have had good food and service at our local Mn McDonald's. I don't feel this is the norm.
Not satisfied, the crew shift of the evening has much to learn about customer service. In Particular the ones who are at the counter. I am a repeat customer and eat inside so I could see how the interaction go between the workers and customers. As an entrepreneur, I will fire any employee crossing the boundaries of hospitalities and respect.I will not come back ever to order anything. Poor service and bad ambiance
Drivethru moved along at a face pace. Food was ready by time we got to 2nd window. Order was correct. Employees were nice and didnt seem frustrated or that they didnt give a ****, so i felt comfortable eating my food without those thoughts about what may be going on in the kitchen. Lol. Food tasted as expected. No issues.
decided to give this place another shot, only do be utterly disappointed. It shouldn't be that difficult, you serve the same food every day. After taking one look at management, it is not hard to determine the problem.
Twice now I've had issues with the guy at the 1st window. Involves the app. And he won't 1. Learn 2. Go get someone to help him. Soo frustrating. And he's hard to understand. Food is good otherwise.
The staff is always very friendly, especially the manager Josiah. My orders are usually correct here too.
