Took 23 minutes from time I placed my order in the drive through to when I actually got my food! I was 2nd car in drive through when I pulled up. Person ahead of me had 1 sandwich and I had only 1 sandwich!
I love Jimmy Johns, but I will never go to this location for a sandwich because Staff is rude and unprofessionalWhen ordering, the order taker named Anthony was rude to me. Said cuss words when he was charging. I was asking him about the new turkey sub and he wouldn’t answer my question just said oh that’s #17 and it wasn’t.When ordering the subs he said they included tomatoes and lettuce- which I know, but guess what? When I paid and was waiting for my order to be made he said “we ran out of tomatoes” I was the only customer there. How did he not know there weren’t tomatoes? It’s as if there was tomatoes, but since it was almost closing time (I arrived at 430pm and they close at 5:00pm **what kind of Jimmy Johns closes at 5pm in a Saturday when they’re located next to a big mall!?) I feel as though they just didn’t want to cut tomatoes. He told me the subs came with tomatoes but apparently didn’t know they didn’t have tomatoes which is something they should know. I also bought a drink and there was no ice, they didn’t bother telling me there was no ice until I asked. I wouldn’t have bought a drink if there was no ice.Additionally, they messed up on my order. They gave me the wrong sub. They also had one of the tables by the entrance with dirty plates, napkins, and coats completely filthy.This place isn’t the place to get Jimmy Johns, it’s best you go to Iowa City near UIowa
Ordered through here a few times, not bad. Recently my food had been delivered smashed and smelling of cigarette smoke. I don't know about any of you, but I don't like smelling cigarette smoke when I eat my lunch *vomit*.
Jimmy John's in general is great. This staff/manager is a joke. If you want to pull a prank on someone either have them order from this location or for a real heater, send them to the physical store to interact with the staff. You'll have a good laugh.
They messed up my order. Put cheese on it. Said I would need to drive back and I can pick up my order.
Ordered a sub for delivery, after 45 min I call the store and the person answered the phone says "it's on the way". Not the typical "hello Jimmy Johns" I asked who he thought he was talking to, he mumbled something and I reminded him I was literally a mile down the road. 15 min later I call again and ask where my sandwich was, "on the way". Horrible customer service, the sub looked like it was made by a 5 year old. I will never order from this store again and all people should think twice before doing the same. #WhichWich #Subway
Food was great, but service could definitely be better. Order was not taken correctly and cashier was very difficult to understand.
Visited to pick up mobile order. Drive through was blocked off and doors locked at lunch time. Staff let me in and they started my order once I walked in. Weird experience, but the food itself had no fault.
Staff was awesome today for lunch, busy and obviously kept running out of bread yet still kept up. Thank you!
The sandwich maker did a great job, very tasty sandwich. Very fast too.
