Seat of my bench was not connected to the base. It was like sitting on an old rickety rocking chair. But the service was great, fast and pleasant. I was delighted to get a special request for my coffee served as I like it. The food was hot and fast. The French Toast was just as I love it, crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. We were both very pleased and we'll be back.

When I came into the Ihop, I was given a dirty look and told to sit and they pointed to a row of chairs. When I was taken to my table, the table was dirty and I asked for them to wipe it off, but no one did. The seat was tore up and the food was awful. The server only came to my table once to get my order and that was it. I had to get my own check. Please see the photos.

It wasn't busy, but we waited for about 5 minutes before someone came up to seat us. There were only two wait staff to greet, serve, and bus tables. It wasn't great. As you can imagine, there was lots of waiting, the food was cold, and our orders weren't correct. I don't blame the wait staff, but rather management. They were just trying to do their best in an impossible situation.

We walked into the restaurant where is smelled like sewage. We were “taken” take to our table by a gal who sped walked to the location tossed menus in the table and kept on walking. (We were 10 feet behind her) we ordered quickly then waited over 44 minutes for our food. Which was just a pancake and French toast nothing crazy. Karen the manager came over “apologized” for having a new staff who prioritized other orders but nothing else. Overall very disappointing experience.

The food was really good. Nathan was a really great waiter. The general manager, Karen, had a bad attitude though. I wasn't ready to order, so she rolls her eyes. She lied and said they didn't have ice cream and couldn't make a shake for a child, but a table next to us got that same exact shake 5 minutes later.

Arrived at 7p, was seated and ordered our food. The restaurant was freezing, other patrons were eating and had their coats on. I let the manager know and she said the heat was on so she doesn't know why it's not working. When we were there waiting for our food, we over heard the manager tell numerous people who came in that the wait time for food would be an hour or more! There was only us and 4 other tables in the restaurant with people at them. It took 52 for me and my daughter to get our food: burger and fries for her and omelet and pancakes for me. The manager kept insisting that she didn't want to overwhelm the cook with too many orders because he will mess it all up! It was a horrible dine in experience due to the cold and the extreme wait time especially since only 5 tables had people at them. What topped off the bad experience was the smell in the restaurant especially the closer u got to the restrooms! Very strong raw sewage odor! I won't be going back to that IHOP ever again.

Excellent! The food was amazing and prepared, just like I asked for. ? Sydney was an amazing waitress and nailed it! ?? oh I submitted two photos. First is what's left of the omelet. Added some Tabasco sauce and BAMM!!!! ? Forgot about posting for a review. Second photo. Picture four pieces of French toast, slab of butter with a side bowl ? of strawberries ?. Yeah...so good. And folks, I'm not a breakfast lover. Ok, gotta go to sleep ? ?.

All the food was good but the bacon wasn't cooked all the way and chicken that was in southwestern breakfast burrito was nothing but Grisel and they only put two very small pieces in a huge burrito.. not happy at all
