Fantastic food with a unique experience! You make your own dish, then they cook it in front of you on a huge grill in the center of the restauraunt. It is all-you-care-to-eat.
Normally I would give a five star rating because the food and service when you dine in is amazing. One of my favorite restaurants to eat at. However over the last year I've not been able to place any kind of online order without it being cancelled or being told that they aren't taking online orders without any explanation. They should bring that down on Google because I've not been able to do either carryout or delivery at all no matter the hour or the day
This place is great thanks to the chef. Stopped by and this guy does the work of three cooks!!! The food is good. Wait staff could use an upgrade in service, they took my empty glass and didn't bring another or ask if I wanted anything else to drink.....and then brought the bill.... disappointed in that move...tip the cook he at least earned it.
My friends and I planned for sushi but the restaurant was closed so we decided to eat HuHot. Definitely a great idea. One of my friends never ate there before and he loved it. Food was great. Service was excellent. Our waitress, Calista (Cali) was amazing and super helpful. We plan to come back soon.
Good food but I don’t like the cooks using the same utensils to cook everyone’s food. What if ppl was allergic to curtain foods? Due to the cook using the same utensils they cross contaminate the food and others can get sick. Also watch the cashiers, they add money to the bills. Secretly adding 20% and then tell you later they will pay back. It happened to my son today, check your bank before you leave!
Ive only been to 1 other Hohut and it was so busy it was frustrating. I went to this 1 as it was close to my hotel. 2pm was perfect, crowds were none existence and the food was wonderful. Went thru the line twice it was quick both times. I sat at the bar and the always had a full drink plenty of rice. Good value for lunch.
I'm pleasantly impressed. Nice atmosphere aside from the butt numbing booth seats. The variety of meats vegetables and sauces is great! I do wish minced garlic was available. And a suggestion to consider is to make eggs available. Eggs add a whole different level of taste. All in all that was a great experience.
After a long day of travel and a search for our favorite place to eat from 20 years ago we found HuHot. Our memories were a little sketchy as to what to do. A very helpful young lady who was waiting on us was kind enough to walk us through the process. She explaining what to do and reminded us of all our options. She continued to check on us throughout our meal. She made our dinner a memorable experience. Karissa B's attentiveness and help was greatly appreciated. You can say "she made our day". The world needs more people like her!
I've been to these places before, but never buffet style! So good! Ericka was great too! Our first time there, and she was so nice and patient explaining how it all works.
The food was good. After using various sauces, it seems difficult to not end up with a greasy result.
