Food was good, but the quantity was very less. The thalis (both veg $16.99 and non veg $18.99) were not worth the price they charged. It had literally 2 spoons of rice, two spoons of dal, 2 spoons of kheer, 1 spoon of raita. The size of the katoris (mini-bowls) were so disappointing. It felt like kids' toy bowls or miniature cooking items.

I ordered multiple items as we were very hungry driving from chicago non stop. Chicken biryani has no taste (actually no salt). Chicken 65 was not even close to its description in menu. We felt everything was bit different and nothing like typical Indian food. So please go with very low expectation and order smartly.. looks like most of the good reviews for this restaurant are not from Indian customers.
whether i get the buffet or delivery, it’s been spot-on every time. it’s the best indian restaurant in the iowa city area!

I have never had better Indian food, and I have tried Indian restaurants in San Diego, Chicago and New York City. Every dish I have tried there has been exceptional. My wife and I try to go there every chance we get.
Hands down, best Indian food in Iowa City! Maybe best in Iowa… maybe best in Midwest!! Amazing food and excellent service. If you find yourself in the area it’s a must visit. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I would give it zero stars but I don't have that option. Everything I read about this restaurant was the rave reviews about the buffet. I show up and they don't do it anymore. They need to update their offerings.
Best Indian food I’ve ever had. Get the tandoori chicken, you won’t regret it!
