Do Not Eat Here.Worst food in Iowa City-Coralville area.Won't be back, burgers so greasy won't stay on the bun. Fries were soggy and cold.Attitudes of workers was not good, very Rude.

Perpetually understaffed, which is a thing these days. However, yesterday they locked the front door at 10:45am to keep customers from entering the building. Took the drive through because no other choice. Window staff was rude. It's too bad because I do like the food, but I'll be going elsewhere until they tank and something else opens in that spot.
Could use manners. And strong supervision. Rude. Very rude. And NEVER use the Hardees app. It's a POS.

Horrible service! Didnt ring up my whole order and then we had to go back and ask for our food and ended up paying more for it. Fries were not fresh. Alot of cursing and messing with females and disrespectful to drive thru.

Good food. Terrible counter service. Walked in with my loud family and stood around for 3 minutes waiting for someone to come up. I watched a lady stand at the counter for 5 minutes just to pick up an order.The dining room was completely empty. It's not like it's super busy or anything.
