Pricey but tasty burgers. I had a California burger with cheese curds and fries and soda. Cost me $15. I think that is expensive for rural city. The burger tasted good and window lady was very nice.

The best parts of my favorite chain restaurants, with better quality. Restaurant was clean, with a friendly staff. The atmosphere is great, but the food really stands on its own (in other words: I would tolerate lower standards for a meal this good. The burger was juicy but not greasy and messy. It was also constructed with care, not slapped together or sloppy, so it eats well and you don't wear it home with you. Regular portions are spot on for value. Price is reasonable, for the quality and should be an example for other chain joints.
I have to give a shoutout to the wonderful staff member at the drive thru this evening! She was amazing; she repeated back our order to us after we placed it, and asked us to check it on the screen. At the drive thru window, she looked at the receipt as she was bagging our food to make sure everything was there. She offered us a drink carrier for our drinks, and even tried to fit our sundaes in one too and apologized when they wouldn't fit, and let us know about the wait for our food. This was the absolute best customer service I have ever received, and I wish I would have gotten their name so I could tell their boss; they deserve a raise! Oh and the food is good too. We love Freddy's!!
It was good. Burgers are kind of thin but have good flavor. Just reminds me of Culver's a bit.
Ordered bacon double combo, but was erroneously given triple jalapeño pepper jack instead (don’t like jalapeños). We ordered to go and didn’t have time to go back and get it corrected.Mistakes like this can happen, but I reached out to the restaurant and never heard back - no follow up.1 star.
After my children begging for some custard we decided to come to Freddy’s. Not only was I disappointed by the lack of toppings in my child’s order (one m&m). I was also saddened when the worker, Noah, handed me my order and rolled his eyes rudely at me. This is unacceptable customer service and I expect more from a this shop considering I’ve been coming to this specific Freddy”s for 5 years now. Think it’s time to look into hiring some better staff.
This was my first time there. The lady at the drive-thru took down my order and was very helpful with everything that was asked of her. She had the biggest white smile when I got to the door or window I should say. It just made me feel like I was a valued customer. The burger was great. They were able to customize the way I wanted it. The shake I had was concrete or whatever the Hawaiian something and it was so good. I will be back at some point. Thank you and this was talk to text if there's any words or phrases messed up.

I'm a UIowa alumni back in IC for an appointment and I got really excited when I saw Freddy's was finally in Iowa City! The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly, food came out promptly and was hot and yummy. I'm very satisfied!
