This restaurant is inside the Hyatt regency itself so it's very easy to get to if you're staying at the hotel we have the taco french fries and it was good nothing amazing I have to say though the young lady that was our waitress was awesome I can't remember her name I wish I could she was funny she was informative and she was just darn good at her job kudos young lady.
Brittney, my server, was fantastic. She was unobtrusive, but made sure each course was corrected and that all my needs were met. She gave quiet but confident service. I had the salmon entree with mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious and I especially like the lemon butter on the salmon. For the first time in memory, I cleaned my plate. Thank you Edgewater and Brittney!
Ben, Elizabeth and Kayla made me feel so at home and so welcome for my first time staying here. The service was above and beyond. Ben served 15+ people at the bar flawlessly with barely any wait on a Friday night. There was live music with a packed patio and still Elizabeth and Kayla made sure I was taken care of and always had great service. I was asked numerous times if I needed anything even though everything was perfect. On my life I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
The hub and I rolled in Sunday evening and were delighted and grateful to find the restaurant open. Our server Kayla was efficient, friendly, respectful and did everything right. The food was superb and just what we wanted (pasta with meat and Mac and cheese). Outstanding performance!
Great food and fast! The chef was awesome and both Elizabeth and Alicia were spectacular meeting all of our needs. Highly recommended restaurant. Will go again.
My family had brunch here Easter morning. There was a wide variety breakfast foods and drinks to choose from. We especially enjoyed the made to order omelettes! From the minute we walked in all the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Our server Ellen was wonderful! We will definitely be back.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Edgewater Grille! Our bartenders Matt and Ben did a phenomenal job. Everyone was very kind and accomodating. Also, shout out to the manager, Jordan, who stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!!

Food is good but the bar is the best part! Great liquor selection, especially on the whiskey side. Knowledgeable and nice bartenders. They will pretty much make you anything if they have the ingredients. If they don't have the ingredients, they attempt to get them for the next time you are there. Also a Starbucks in the same area, which most if not all the bartenders know how to make the drinks at. Best bar in the area!
Had a great meal and it wasn't really expensive for what it was (wedge salad and wagyu steak). Highly recommend
