It is 4:45 and I just got a wonderful HOT and fresh cup of coffee after a long week. Look at the perfect and fresh donuts I got as well!! Thank you Dunkin' staff ?!
I decided to go to this location today instead of the one downtown in ic to get their food, but the pancakes were so dry and hard that I could hammer something in with them. I love their hasbrowns but when I got them they were cold and burnt. They employees also seemed annoyed and like they were having a bad day and let everyone know of it. I hope they can improve cuz I would love to have some good Dunkin! Even the small location has better coffee than this one
I placed a mobile order today and did not receive one of my items. I called the store and they said I would have to go back to get a refund. I talked to two of their employees and neither one of them were able to help me. Not only were the employees that I talked to rude, they were also very arrogant and snippy. Never again will I be going to the Coralville Dunkin' Donuts!
I've always had good experiences with this location. Workers are friendly, service is quick, drinks are fantastic.
Staff seemed rather annoyed and did not get my order correct. I wanted to mention the issue but didn't want them to spit in my drink...
My daughter lives for the Charlie Damilio extra sweet. The morning crew had phenomenal work ethic. They draw a crowd in the morning, but they keep that line moving!!!
It smells like Daylight Donuts, but their donuts just don't have the right flavor.
I usually have good experiences here (fast service, friendly staff, etc) but today they only filled my cup up a bit more than half way? I used to work at a coffee shop and you’d never catch me ripping off customers like this. If your cup isn’t see-through then make sure to check it before you leave:/

Consistently delicious drinks and donuts! My favorite part of the day, driving up to see the smiling faces of the staff, then they hand me my coffee!! I have even gone to them after going to another dunkin (on an off day) because my coffee was NOT good, they make me a new one. No questions asked!
