Delivery is always so bad. The drivers are extremely rude and refuse to bring the pizza inside the apartment building. Instead they call and ask us to come outside and walk around the building to get it. Even though I leave clear instructions with the code to get in the main door and the apartment number. If i’m paying for delivery and even leaving a tip then they should atleast be able to bring the pizza to my door.This has happened the last three times we ordered from this Dominos. I also asked for no contact delivery since my roommate and I have COVID. Yet the same thing happened and we had to walk outside to meet the driver face to face because he didn’t want to walk inside. Awful customer service.
I want a buffalo chicken pizza received it called with none of the sauces I ordered. I called him to see if they can replace the pizza since it will be ice cold by the time the gentleman gets back with my sauces and they refused to make me a new pizza! I will never order from the dominoes again and I’ll make sure every one of my guys that I’m working with right now writes a review as well because they also ordered from there! Ben, was very rude and none of them were understanding
Delivery drivers are rude and not customer service oriented. General manager jacob made no attempt to fix the problem.Food as over cooked.
Responsible customer service.My first order had a small yet understandable mistake with it, but they made up for it with class, and had me coming back. I'd recommend this location.
Ordered online over a month ago, they took the order and my MONEY.I get to the store, and it is closed with a printout on the door stating this.I have been in contact 4 different times with customer service, and not only have I not gotten my money or my order, they have no started ignoring me entirely. I do not care about the $25 as much as the disregard for customers and the neglect to own up to their mistakes. Be very cautious with this store, they might take your money too.

WE WAITED 2 HOURS CHARGED CARD AND WHEN I CALLED HE SAYS HE DOESNT SEE THAT ORDER WHEN HE TOOK MY CARD INFO AND CHARGED ME. HIS NAME WAS MATT AND HE SAID HE WAS MANAGER. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I usually order from the S Gilbert St. location but this location was open earlier when I ordered on 9 October. I became ill a short while after eating the food that was prepared for me, and I can identify it as the source of the foodbourne pathogenic illness because I have not eaten anything else before or after consuming the food served to me from this location. The kitchen staff got sloppy and careless yesterday morning and got me sick.
