They have a unique ability to make a long line take no more than 5 minutes to get through. I still don't understand how.
Crowded mall, and a lot of people were in line, but Chick-fil-A did a great job in getting the order correct and getting everyone through the list be quickly!
Good food, great staff. Just don't ask what condiments I want while I'm checking out. I stood there having to put ketchup. In. My. Pocket. Instead of just asking what condiments I wanted when I went to grab my food at the pickup counter.
Meh. I don't see what the big deal is about chick filets. Food is bland, service is so so. Not to mention the owner of the company is a right wing extremist who donates $$ to hate groups.
I love this chick fil A, I really do but today whoever brought my food out to my car was rude, wouldn’t even say anything to me literally not a word out of his mouth until I said thank you and he just goes “yup” I’m not a Karen and I try not to be but like when you were already having a bad day and someone just acts rude to you it’s very annoying and frustrating also like let me set my drink down before you shove my food in my face.
It's a shame that the only Chick Fi A in Iowa City is in the mall.Still, they crush it at this location. Still the great service you expect from CFA.
Always have great chicken here. Sometimes the fries can be a little soggy but the chicken sandwich makes up for it. They offer curbside pickup which is very nice to have so you don't have to try to find a spot at the mall to park and go inside. It can take a bit to get your food with this though because it seems like they wait until they have multiple orders ready before bringing out the food which might be a reason for the soggy fries. Still will keep coming back for the chicken, have just been skipping on the fries lately.
Chicken was dry the last 2 times I eat there. It's a shame I usually love Chick-fil-A.
It is not one of my favorite places but it is still good
Chick-fil- a is always on point when it comes to our orders. My kids take turns giving their names when we go. They live to feel important. The staff are very clean and nice.
