Super fast service good coffee sandwhiches are always hot and fresh
My husband just picked up my coffee and it's 1/3 gone... when you pay so much for a drink you would hope your cup is at least filled with ice or something... but I called and let them know and the manager ANDEW was a 10-10!!! Super nice and offered to make it right for us with a company size drink. Very appreciative for his customer service!
So, unfortunately Starbucks has the advantage over this place. Why? This place is not willing to accommodate you on anything specially for people who can’t consume dairy. Also, they sell blended drinks but they are not willing to blend your drink when it doesn’t contain dairy. They are only willing to blend dairy drinks. They sell premixed options and they are not willing to make you a drink when you have special requests.Starbucks, wins in all of these points and therefore leaving people with dairy issues away from Caribou coffee. Their sandwiches all have dairy and not willing to remove it. We unfortunately will not be returning to this place again.

At the Coralville (2nd st location), I had an excellent experience at the drive through. Olivia B was the barista helping me and giving me my drinks. I forgot my wallet, so she had helped me navigate how to pay through the app. Olivia was incredibly patient with me and I felt so bad for keeping the car behind me waiting. My food and drink order was perfect as always! Thank you for great service!
Love this place. Awesome service and coffee is so good.
Attempted to buy a coffee at noon on a Wednesday. There was 3 staff members behind the counter, doing nothing but conversing with a customer. The customer has his coffee in hand already. There was nobody else in the store, and no one in the drive-thru. I waited for 5min, and no one acknowledged I was there. I finally left since obviously no one cared, or even bothered to say ‘we’ll be with you shortly.’ If I could give zero stars, I would.
Amazing turtle ice coffee. Better than Starbucks tho
How do you have bagles, but you don't have butter? The coffees are ok, but nothing to write home about.
