It’ll be the last time I’m eating here me and my friend felt racially profiled by the worker I think his name was Jeremiha or something, The table behind us to get paid over $100 and dined and dashed and didn’t leave him a tip. So he instantly assume that we were going to dine and dash as well and we were just eating he kept going up to us eight times complaining that we haven’t paid we gave him the phone number to pay later but he wanted us to pay right now (even before we got any food he was complaining), I eventually just used my credit card to pay it but being accused of doing something that was never going to do is kind of annoying. It’s just because somebody didn’t tip you doesn’t mean you have to automatically assume everybody else is going to not tip or dine in dash. It was actually annoying as well, we waited like 40 minutes for food that was cold in the end. the phone number I gave him was my boyfriends phone number, you could even pull up the first and last name till it’s an actual phone number, I even gave you my phone number too that you could’ve used but you didn’t want to for some reason. Instead you just wanted to come up to our table and constantly bother us about it not getting paid when we were still eating we weren’t even done. Sorry we didn’t fit your needs right when you wanted to. We were just trying to eat instead of getting harassed constantly.
Prompt and Friendly greeting right when I walked in. Hostess took me right away to a seat at the bar. Bartender was just as welcoming and quick to recommend a great craft beer. I ordered wings. They were served in under 10 minutes, hot and delicious. Great experience. This isn't well run establishment and it shows.
We eat here on a regular basis, the food & service are always good. And I like being able to pay off my phone thru the link they text you.
I have ordered takeout multiple times and have never received a correct order. Food is alsoplaced on a shelf by the door while waiting for pickup so it’s nice and ice cold. Will never come back here
Great service! Food was terrible. Barely any cheese ? on my fries, mozzarella sticks were cold, etc. Not a good experience this time. Cauliflower wings were good, and granddaughter liked her burger ?. It was an OFF day for the cook. Usually the BOMB ?! ? ? Will return to stuff me belly ?
Never and wait to be seated. The food is always good, especially compared to the Old capital mall location which is just terrible. The servers are always attentive and nice as well. I will be back soon!
We placed a large order of boneless wings with several different sauces for my sons birthday party and the restaurant forgot the buffalo sauce on all of them. We essentially received a bunch of dry chicken nuggets. It was terrible. Since we had them delivered through Uber eats, we had no way of resolving it with the restaurant in a reasonable time for the party. Thanks for the unique birthday memory BWWs. We surely won’t ever go back in person or to go.Update: I filled out the form on BWWs website based on the "owners" response. This was a complete waste of time, because BWW's replied that they cannot help with "delivery" related issues. The problem was not the delivery, it was that your company called “BUFFALO” Wild Wings forgot to put BUFFALO sauce on our entire order of food. Stop and think how ironic and pathetic that is.
Furnace was not working. They were trying unsuccessfully to heat the place with space heaters. Besides the temperature being somewhere in the 60's the food was also cold.
Ranch chicken wrap, ultimate nachos and wings all good. Service good but extremely cold in restaurant everyone wore their coats while dining.
Waiter didn't pay attention to us to much. Was later at night and kinda slow but he was to busy talking to other workers ?
