I stopped in there the other day and was the only in line. 6 or 7 employees tripping over each other for door dash and drive through. When I gave up, a line had formed behind me all the way to the door. I don't blame the employees, I blame management and their lack of training for the employees. I attempted to contact corporate but haven't heard from them either.
Saturday night Drive thru was half hour wait. The employees seemed unconcerned and in no particular hurry.
Went there to grab food the wait was long but the food was worth it the staff was working their tails off.
Nice clean place, as a Dinner in side with seating, Breakfast Lunch specials, good coffee, I have not eaten there yet however soon.
When do they plan to open the inside dining area??? Everyone else has indoor dining. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!
Wont go there until they open the dining room. Car lines are too long . Been going to McDonald's instead.
We came through the drive up and ordered 3 meals. The drinks where a large. When we paid for our meals it was $32 and got our food and we started leaving and I checked the bags to make sure we had everything and we where missing a large fry. So we went back through the drive up and when we stopped at the speaker the lady asked how she could help and my boyfriend said that we are missing a fry. She told my boyfriend to calm down and pull forward. He wasn’t being mean or anything. Then when we pulled forward the kid that was at the window was being rude to my boyfriend and wouldn’t get the manager when asked. We finally got to speck to the manager and all he could say well sorry about that. We got home with our food the drinks weren’t even full. The syrup was sitting on the bottom of the cups and the chicken nuggets are spicy and my daughter doesn’t eat spicy chicken nuggets.
I had two separate orders on my lunch break. We work in a medical feild so it was easier for one of us to run and grab it. She told me she couldn't do two separate orders so I told her I'd just go back through the drive through then. There was literally one car in front of me and then myself. Paid for one order pulled back in and paid for the other one. What was the point of that? I don't understand what the issue was.
Explain something to me about this store. You cant order two separate orders here. They make you go around thru the drive thru again to retrieve another order. This also sucks for delivery drivers too. So why is that?
Oh my gosh, the new fries are amazing. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly. Five stars out of five stars!!
