This Taco Bell is very dirty behind the counter. Everytime I'm in there, trash is all over the floor as if they just toss it there. I have worked in fast food and never would I let the floor look that way. And I've gotten a Mexican Pizza from the drive thru twice in 2 separate days that haven't been warmed up. The cheese was as if it came straight out of the cooler. Under the cold cheese was the sour cream. Really put me off and they are my favorite. PLEASE DO BETTER BC I WANT MY MEXICAN PIZZA ,,, SUPER DISAPPOINTED ? ? ?
The absolute worst customer service customer care and lack of consideration and concern!!As I already don’t eat here but for the 1st time in Yrs. Only because someone else wanted to stop for food. I Ordered Taco Bell in the end of February spent $19 to which the order still got messed up completely and the rude “idc call corporate, you don’t like it go somewhere else” employee even came with it.I have now had to contact customer service five different occasions and give them all my information 5 different times to which they offered me three $5 off coupons “NO THANKS”.I do not care for Taco Bell anymore and I haven’t for the past 12 yrs. I only started eating it again when they brought the Dorito Taco Shell ???? but now that is no longer my choice as it gets SOGGY in the middle and FALLS COMPLETELY APART?I have since exhausted my attempts to resolve the issue as I have been told by multiple CSRs they would be mailed to my address. Well we are in the mid month of April and still no resolution has been met!! I still have the original receipt pictures and phone call history. I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP!! Which this is the reason I will Never spend my money there again. I’ll make my own before I go there again!! I still buy your Grocery Store products tho ?? #FFT
Taco bell in Clinton has there taco fries back with cheese. Very good. Employees very nice
The only complaint I have is for the employees to read the orders better. When I order tacos and say no lettuce that means I DO NOT WANT LETTUCE ON MY TACOS. How hard is that to read and understand. Duh. Stupid people.
Haven't had a nacho in a while . It was an least half the size and even less topping. Definitely not happy for the same price
Ate at Taco Bell today got my favorite a chalupa and it was hard as a brick like literally if I took a bite it all went to pieces I've never in my life had anything like that it was horrible the tacos tasted like paper that was the worst food I've ever gotten from Taco Bell y'all need to step up your game!!!

Awesome customer service and food. Very clean and well maintained. Only thing i would work on is customer service skills ( waited for 10 mins before getting noticed. ) overall not too bad of an experience
Employees seem to be very friendly, seems like they stay on tasks and keep busy. I absolutely love their $5 buck meals.. Definitely well worth it. BUT THEREFORE... Lately I have noticed this Taco Bell location in Clinton, IA has not been very sanitary.. Last couple of times now ive noticed little strains of browm short hairs in my food, which from there on grossed me out. Ive also noticed the kitchen seems kind of dirty and greacey like. And last but not least the teller at the window that deals with the change and money also sticks his hands into the ice machine with no gloves on! The Iowa health department really needs to inspect this place.
