I called from my work to have them fry fresh chicken for me to pick up on my way home, the gal said , oh just come in it’s fresh, I don’t like being lied to. I live in Thomson Illinois in the bluffs, I’m not right next door where I could have ran it back to them. This was our dinner. Very dry chicken, potatoes sucked, and biscuits were so hard you could not eat them, they sucked, I payed almost $24.00 . I’m done going there, chicken is better at Hyvee or Kwik Star or Jewels . BS , I’ll be dropping it off tomorrow.
this place needs a serious degreasing and deep clean. everything is so gross. I understand it's hard to find hard-working employees, but this is bad enough the owner should be here doing it
your sign says you cook food fresh but there's no way my food was fresh. crusty and hard, couldnt even eat it. $11 down the tubed. the service was appropriate but the food was dead wrong being served.
Horrible food was cold and hard ordered Nashville hot chicken strips got chicken strips that were old and cold two piece meal was cold and order two piece fish and ended up with what’s in the picture two chicken more like one piece and then half breading and it was hard and cold so now our dinner for our whole family for the night! Can’t call to get refunded either phones don’t ring through
I came through the drive thru and ordered the L5 off of the long John silvers side and added a piece of fish which I paid for and did not receive i Also ordered the spicy chicken meal that was suppose to come with Mac and cheese and cole slaw which I did not receive I only got the sandwich fries and drink, I didn’t notice until I made it home I then called and asked if they could fix it and I was told there was nothing they could do about it the lady was very rude and did not handle the situation properly, I work in the food industry and how she approached the situation was unexceptionable I Also donated to charity and got coupons that I will no longer be using because kfc and long John silvers has lost my service/business.
They wanted me to have that last piece & I couldn't afford it! Always five stars around here! Very cool! I'm delighted!
I tried to order the thighs & drumsticks only to be told by the order taker that they don't sell the thighs and drumsticks anymore. Shame. Only reason I go to KFCpost note. I found a place where I can purchase thighs & drumsticks. I go to Kwik trip. Cheaper toLost me as a customer
Ordered a 16 piece meal it was so dry and old we ended up tossing most in the trash. Definitely won't be back!!!
