Got my order wrong over charge me when I noticed the mistake manager refused to fix a employee mistake but the donuts wasn't old this time this is why I don't go here much bad experiences the 2 times I've shopped here ....
Going through the drive through and I had a very fast and pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and everything I ordered was delicious!
After being asked repeatedly by my son to try this Dunkin Donuts I finally caved and took him today. Never been to one before I asked the staff what frozen or cold drinks were avalible. The lady behind the counter responded ice coffee. So then I looked up and saw they have a white chocolate hot coco but when I asked her, "no we dont have that".... so we settled for 2 small hot coco's and a couple long johns. The long John's were good, but my son got a coffee so rather that complaining were just switched. Staff was not friendly or helpful, it seemed like I was asking to much of her to explain some options to me. Even my kid said we won't be back here again. Not good for a 9 year old to have such an opinion of your business. Good luck!
I went there yesterday and I usually have an amazing time with the girls I usually see, nothing but smiles. This time I was greeted with attitude and coldness, she seemed to hate being there and I get it but you’re paid to be there.. Fay? I think her name is ? had her phone out for the world to see and was rude to not just me but anyone talking to her. I will request one of the other girls next time, pity it has to be that way.
I was meeting up with a couple for a meeting.....they were open ( driveup open) but the doors were locked...I called to see if the lobby /sitting area was closed," She said no just the door was locked. As we were sitting in there several people came to the door and walked away but saw us in there by the window....felt a bit uncomfortable...with us sitting and others walking away....??Not good business
Great service most days but on this occasion the girl was truly rude and asked I've I would just go elsewhere next time..... All over I watched the lid fall on the floor of the restrant and I asked for a new lid
I get coffee here almost here every day and I think I’m about to stop. I order the same thing every day and I rarely get the same drink. For example, for some reason today my medium coffee has 1 cream and sugar and I’m not really sure why bc I didn’t ask for just 1! I’m a SAHM so I look forward to these coffees most days and there are so many different employees in and out of this place that no one has any idea what the hell is going on.
I love to go to Dunkin donuts whenever I travel, I live here in town and my wife said their coffee is not done very well, So I had to go in and check myself and it's weak and it doesn't appears it is not the real Dunkin donuts coffee,
I went their yesterday and sharay was the only one working and today as well and there was along line and that girl deserves a raise for doing it all by herself
waited so long in drive through line, finally pulled out and went to Casey's.
